Marriott Boston Quincy offers a mix of experiences for its guests. Many appreciated the friendly service from the front desk and banquet staff, especially during events like the annual Fred Astaire Dance Studios ballroom competition. The hotel has nice rooms, especially on the 7th floor, and features amenities such as a pool, workout room, and a breakfast buffet praised for its quality and service. However, some guests reported issues with room cleanliness, noting that rooms were only cleaned twice during longer stays and that carpets and linens were not adequately maintained. Parking is a significant concern, with a poorly designed garage layout and a lack of valet service, leading to difficulties for guests, especially during busy events. Additionally, the hotel's elevator access policy has caused frustration for some elite guests, requiring them to assist late-night arrivals. While the staff's helpfulness was highlighted in some reviews, experiences varied, with a few guests reporting less pleasant interactions at the front desk. Overall, Marriott Boston Quincy has the potential to deliver a positive stay, but improvements in cleanliness and parking would enhance the experience for future guests.
Parking is probably the hardest thing about it . Other than that nice hotel. Beds are comfy

Ask prior to booking if the hotel is hosting anything. Parking is problematic. If the hotel is hosting an event - parking is a nightmare!!! Very slow response to clear fire alarm. Really glad the fire alarm system works very well; however, slow response time to clear the alarm is very stressful experience.
