Alister Deco is a fantastic apartment building that offers a pristine and well-maintained living environment. The community is described as amazing, with incredible amenities and amazing conveniences that make it an aspirational place to call home. Residents highlight the two amazing courtyards—one with a pool and grill, and a quiet wooded back courtyard. The building is always super clean, with very nice and soundproof apartments where you rarely hear your neighbors. The staff is consistently praised as amazing, helpful, and respectful, going the extra effort to make residents feel heard and seen. The maintenance division reacts with concern and expedient action, resolving issues quickly, often within less than 24 hours. Management is also supportive, having residents' backs during issues. The community boasts great events for residents, which help neighbors connect. Amenities are a key highlight, including a gym, yoga room, pool, a small dog park, and a dog wash room, all kept clean and well-maintained. While the immediate location is noted as less walkable than some other area buildings, and public transit access can be iffy, the community is considered a perfect spot for dog owners and is priced accordingly. Alister Deco is frequently called the best apartment building residents have lived in, making it a highly recommended community.

The tour was wonderful! The woman helping me was super friendly and very knowledgeable! Tuff part is deciding which unit I want fill out an application for, they were all awesome!
