“The apartment is really nice and spacious and the amenities are great. However, upon move-in we did notice quite a few things that we had to put on the list so they would not be taken out of our security deposit when we do end up moving eventually. The water pressure is a bit weak which I wish we had known beforehand. However, that being said, you cannot beat the location and the amenities are truly great. Some people say it is loud, but I think that is the price you pay for such a central and fun location and it does not bother us at all. The staff is kind and responsive. The maintenance man Sazan is lovely, efficient, and helpful!”

They are attentive to details and treat every resident like family. “I moved here two months ago, and my experience so far has been very positive. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient. The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.”

“We lived at the property for almost 2 years. The maintenance team (led by Mandio) there always went above and beyond whenever we needed them the most. We had our water boiler, air conditioner and dishwasher all give out within weeks of each other. We could have had a very bad experience but thankfully they were there to make sure our issues were promptly fixed and stayed in constant communication while doing so.They were always professional, attentive, and responsive when we needed them. Availability is key for a team like theirs and they exceeded expectations every single time they were needed. From the very beginning to the very end, Mandio made sure everything went as smooth as possible whenever we had any issues.”

“What happens when you share a secret? It's no longer a secret.....though, West of Chestnut sits right on Hancock street, right on top of all these amazing bars and restaurants, so I guess we're okay. It's pretty much in your face. I've been living here for about nine months - here's the scoop: Staff: Annie and Devon! These girls make my day (whenever I get to escape my apt - oh, I work from home - more on the apt in a bit). They remember life moments (and that time you went on a shopping spree) and won't judge you for your weirdo husband (I mean, he's out there...) Security on the premise: Steve-O our security guy - I once saw him chase away a vagabond drunk. Oh wait, I think that was my husband... Building: Place is always clean and smells nice (except for the garbage chute, but, that's what it signed up for). There's a pretty large social room where you can host par-tays. Speaking of, every month Annie and Devon have a full event schedule planned out. Whether it's drinks, food, or fun games, there is always something planned....now, as a planner, I know that should not be taken lightly. If you're watching your waistline - eh, that's a problem. At the end of the day, West of Chestnut is getting people to know each other as neighbors! But I work from home and just watch everyone having fun from my window over my laptop #workfromhomeproblems Apartment: Did I mention I work from home? Well I do, so that means I never leave the place! But still, TONS of natural lighting and pretty quiet where our apartment sits. Even when they're partying downstairs, I can't tell I'm missing out! Okay, but seriously, open floor concept, modern and clean so whatever is your personal home décor style, it can work; never had a problem with the thermostat and if you ever do have something go wrong (light bulbs out, sink is clogged) - you have a maintenance team who jumps on it ASAP and gets it all taken care of. If you're looking for a roof over your head -there are many out there. If you're looking for one to call a home, have people you can call friends and literally be able to drag yourself from the bar and walk a few feet home - this is the right place to call "Home."”

“I had a great experience here. I had only planned on staying for a short time but ended up staying for a little over a year. It’s a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Lori and Kevin always greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect for the entirety of my stay. The property was well maintained. They also have a maid who takes out your trash, vacuums the rooms and cleans the bathrooms weekly. Any time I had a question or concern, Kevin was quick to get back to me. (I accidentally broke a handle off my dresser drawer and it was replaced by Kevin the same day!) If you have a few minutes to stop and talk to the other tenants, you’ll find that they have a nice little community over there. Overall, it’s a nice place with nice people and a good homely atmosphere.”

“We have been living at Lincoln Heights for the past 4 years and have greatly enjoyed the community. The residents are very friendly but also respect your privacy. The leasing office is incredibly responsive to all of your needs, from move in to move out. Best of all is the all-star maintenance team, who go above and beyond to ensure your apartment is functioning at maximum capacity. The location is also ideal- right next to 93 and not far from the T, with a bus stop right at the entrance of the community. Overall, we have had all of our needs met while a part of this kind community, and we highly recommend it to prospective renters!”
