Worst delivery experience - wrong dates, no notification of delivery attempts. They should be embarrassed of this establishment. Zero stars.

Very disappointed. I ordered a package and I had a strong feeling it was going to get lost because I’ve heard Fed ex always loses packages( I usually use UPS ). Well sure enough it was scanned about 6 days ago now at the facility in Quincy. I called them and although the guy was nice I couldn’t understand him very well due to a language barrier. He did acknowledge that the package was most likely misplaced by an employee at the warehouse. I needed this window solution for work and now I have to move a whole bunch of things around so I can use this window cleaning solution at a later date and still have no idea if or when I will get a refund or get my package. Very very disappointing

EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE I've ever gotten delivered here has gotten lost. DO NOT USE FEDEX if you value your belongings.

Horrible experience of no door tags, no notifications, and no updates to how I want to be notified after THREE ATTEMPTS at calling customer service to buzz my apartment. Never trust Fedex. It's happened to me twice and both times I am forced to travel 2 hours to pick up a tiny package. It really is the worst.

Absolute garbage experience. Call today to ask why the driver wouldn’t leave the package. Absolutely no reasonable answer. It was a guy in India. He made it sound like they would try to get it here. Apparently they’re not trying very hard. It’s almost 6 PM. I haven’t heard a word, Nena thing, and it is still scheduled for two days from now. Reading these comments, I assume he was lying as well I wish I could have left zero stars

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Would give 0 stars if I could. I was told that the driver said I was unavailable to sign for my package (I was sitting in my living room all day waiting for it) two days in a row. NO DOOR TAG was left on my door - so somebody was lying or not doing their job. They then had my package sent to "send back to shipper" status. I called every single day opening a complaint about this and STILL continued to happen. The incompetence is absolutely remarkable.

Terrible delivery. They do not give you time to come down to sign and get your package they just show up buzz the room and turn around and leave with a package that has to be signed for right after you tell them YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY

Horrible service repeatedly over the years. FedEx is the only delivery service that does not deliver to my apartment door or building. They are lazy and prefer a one stop drop off at the office entryway lobby which is open 24/7 and packages get stolen. They also lie and forge resident signature even though they have not delivered in person to get signature.I’ve stopped purchasing from companies like Walmart, Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond and any retailer that uses FedEx. I’m a 65 year old woman and they have dropped off heavy furniture multiple times at this open office foyer area. Once it was a king sized headboard from Wayfarer, another time a set of 4 heavy solid wood dining chairs, and the final straw was two heavy patio chairs that I had to drag from office to my apartment and ended up flying over the box onto the ground when the box got caught on a sidewalk metal ramp.I’ve spoke to the supervisor at the Quincy , Ma office several times. All apologies but no change.Today was the final straw that broke the camels back. I was waiting for an in person delivery from Xfinity that required in person signature. I was assured the FedEx ground would do that since they have an exclusive contract with Xfinity. Sure enough while waiting for delivery I spot the FedEx truck pulling away from the complex office and then I get the delivered confirmation email which lied and said I personally signed for it.Furthermore, the item was cancelled and needed my signature so I could return to sender on the spot in person. I immediately reported this to FedEx and Xfinity. It’s been almost two hours and the driver has not come back yet.UPS and Amazon are better and more customer oriented . They deliver directly to resident's door and on occasion they deliver inside residents’s building.I saw FedEx one day leave a sofa in a cardboard box at the office . The policy states all orders over 50lb must be delivered to the resident. An apartment complex should be no different than any other address. I shop online for convenience, not to be inconvenienced

My $500 Xbox was shipped here to be delivered to my house. Went all the way from Pennsylvania to Quincy. Was scanned at Quincy for recieving the package, then scanned the next day as the package was loaded onto a truck and put for delivery. Well the package never made it to my house because the warehouse worker or driver stole it. Now they want me to call GameStop to argue with them to get reimbursement for my $500 Xbox being stolen

For three days, they said they can not deliver to an address "because nobody can sign". It is a dorm with a front desk. they claimed they left door tag twice but front desk didn't get any. For the third day, they said the same thing while my kid was literally sitting at the door all the time without seeing any Fedex truck showing up. This is unbelievable. Full of lies.

Should be zero stars! So incredibly unprofessional! Tell me how FedEx justifies not delivering my pillows and sheets because they falsely claimed no one was here (which is a LIE, I've been home all day. I'm disabled and don't go out) But they have zero problems dumping my brand new $4000 bed outside on the stoop on the same damn day! I watched the driver drag my stuff off the truck. Let it smash to the ground. And then just flipped it end over end, (letting it smash to the ground with each flip) to get it up to the door. If you've ever wondered why your stuff is damaged when it arrives, it's these lazy, clumsy, disrespectful delivery drivers. Then when he saw me coming to ask for help, he locked eyes with me, shook his head, jumped in his truck and drove off. Leaving me with my walker and two gigantic boxes that were far too heavy for me to move. And I had no intention of asking him to carry my items to my apartment. My only request was going to be that I had wanted it put inside the apartment building for safety and cleanliness. I could clearly see that he wasn't fit enough for this job and never would have made it upstairs, but did he really have to dump my stuff outside like that? Terrible, terrible service. Yes of course, leave the $4000 bed where anyone can steal it, the bugs can infest it, and it can be rained on, but by all means, protect those $40 sheets until I sign for them. Rampant stupidity! And BTW FedEx, if you're moving a box that is clearly labeled with both words and PICTURES informing you that item will require a TEAM to move it, don't put it with a SINGLE driver. This kind of gross mismanagement is what leads to customers getting damaged products. Today this FedEx failed on every level.
