“Good experience. Salesperson (sorry, forgot her name) knowledgeable, guided me to right purchase at a great sale price. Very personable, easy to work with. Helpful, welcoming phone calls with other salesperson prior to purchase too. First walk-in a couple of weeks earlier felt a little too pressured for me, but sale lured me back and all went well. $99 charge for getting mattress from front door to bed is too high (did it anyway), but that is only real complaint. Overall highly recommended.”

“After a great experience in the bedding department we moved on to outdoor furniture and had the pleasure of working with Derrick Roderick. Whoever does the hiring at Jordan's is to be commended because we had two of the best buying experiences we've ever had. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Once we narrowed it down we got comfortable at the set we liked the most and chatted with Derrick for about 15 minutes weighing the pros and cons of the set versus one other. Once decided he went to work with the business manager to get us the best deal. We laughed that he was like Howie Mandel working on our behalf. “I'd been looking for a bed with my mom at American stores and was disappointed by their selections. But, I immediately liked many of the simplistic choices that Tang's offered. I would say that they're a bit more expensive than American stores for beds, but you are getting quality! I was in there for about thirty minutes and we were able to choose something, with delivery this weekend! (~3 days, since we ordered on Wednesday). I don't know who was the person that helped us but he was really friendly and helpful. They were supposed to close at 5:30 but he still let me and my mom come in at 6:15.”

“I bought a mattress here SEVEN years ago and I just came back to say I still love this thing. I got my queen size memory foam mattress for $650, and many years later it's still my favorite ever. I'm planning to send family members here to get their mattresses when they move. I highly recommend you go into the store to try out a mattress before you buy, as that's the best way to determine comfort. My delivery experience was great, too. It was a foam mattress that came in a big box, and once rolled out, expanded to normal size, so it was easy to deliver.”
