“If I could, I would give this store six stars! We were looking for an uncommon paint that multiple Home Depot locations just couldn't help with. Some said the paint was discontinued, while others told me the paint code I had was wrong. I looked on line and saw this store fairly near to where I live. We walked in, and the gentleman working immediately asked us if we needed help? I told him just the paint code and he immediately said all the other details by heart! My wife and I were shocked! This man was a true professional and an expert in his field. He promptly went over and grabbed the paint for us. He asked us if we needed it shaken? He was already walking over to the machine as he asked us. This was the fastest, most fluid retail interaction I have had in years! He quickly helped us get rollers and other bits of kit to finish our project. No lie, I think we were in the store less than 7 minutes! My wife was so shocked at how great this representative was, she said out loud "So Professional!" Excellent experience!”

“Not being a professional painter going to a paint store can be confusing. But it's Sherwin-Williams in Quincy Mass the employees were so patient and said every dumb question I had and got me set up with the right paint the right primer the right brushes to do over a bedroom. I can't say enough about the people at Sherman Williams.”

“5 stars for solid customer care! You can really judge a business by how they handle a mistake, and Johnson Paint handles them beautifully. A less experienced employee made a minor error regarding the paint finish, but Justin went above and beyond to correct it: he gave me more than I'd asked for without any additional charge. He was generous, friendly, and wonderfully helpful. I'd recommend this store, and Justin in particular. I'll be back!”

“As a first time homeowner, I had an exceptional experience here with Marc, the color and design consultant. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped picked colors for each of our rooms with ease. I had multiple visits where he was always available and willing to help, in person or virtually. Exceptional service that other stores require appointments and fees for!! I highly recommend Marc and the Drive in Paint Mart.”

“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”

“These guys were great - we had a color mix up (computer not human error) and I was so impressed. They were able to adjust the already custom paint color to bring it into an acceptable match. That takes some skill. They stand behind their product. My go-to paint store from now on.”

“Team Fred! I find picking colors intimidating and was feeling stressed over something that should be fun and is a privilege. Fred was working alone in the shop, phone constantly ringing, and he made time for me and truly helped. Left w colors decided. Customer service at its best!”

“Super helpful and friendly staff here, they were happy to order letter-sized paint chips for us to help us make the final selection for wall colors. The parking is easy I am in the process of painting our living room and I find myself visiting the store a couple times a week for this and that.”
