I have been very dismayed with CVS Southern Artery that was going to charge almost 5 times what Walmart charged me for the same product. Walmart just got my business. Walmart corporate. “I have been to this location a few times since it first opened back in 2019 taking over the space in the strip mall on Granite Street that Rite Aid used to occupy. The last time I was in the store I had a pretty good experience. I was there to buy beauty products and they had most of what I was looking for. And the prices were not too bad. The store was well maintained and clean. It is set up a little different than the other drugstore that used to be there but it is easy to navigate the store and there are usually plenty of store staff members who you can ask to direct you to what you are looking to buy. They have most everything you'd see in any other Walgreens and the shelves are fronted and faced very neatly with an excellent product variety. Whoever does the ordering here does a pretty good job. Up at the registers the cashiers are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend shopping here.”

“I had prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for several months and my overall experience with this business was positive. However, those seeking delivery services from this pharmacy should be advised that this business will charge customers a $5 delivery fee if they have to make more than one trip per month to your home in order to deliver multiple prescriptions. The staff charged me $5 and charged this money to my credit card without informing me of their policy beforehand. Their website states that they offer "free delivery " but does not mention that they will charge a $5 fee for multiple deliveries per month. The staff also failed to mention this to me. I only learned about the charge when I viewed my bank statement. After this incident occurred I contacted owners at other independent pharmacies in the area that offer free delivery service. I was informed that while pharmacists typically do work with customers and insurance companies to attempt to synchronize prescriptions, they do not charge customers if it becomes necessary to make multiple trips to their home in one month. I contacted the manager at Crown Colony Pharmacy to voice my concerns and frustrations about having had money debited from my account without being informed beforehand and was received a hostile response. For this reason, I have decided that I will no longer give these people my business.”
