“Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when my car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped with the cables I had. When I called, he said he would be there in around 30 minutes, but was there within 15-20. He was able to start my car, knew the issue, and even directed me to a repair shop that was able to change my battery within the same day to turn what could have been a big hassle into a small inconvenience. “I had a blowout on the highway. I told the tow truck driver to take me to the closest tire shop. He ended up taking me a little farther just to come here. They saw me right away and made sure my tire was fixed. This was unannounced and day of fixed! the blowout happened at 2:30 and i was home by 5 pm. It was a really great experience! thanks guys!”
