I had a horrible experience with Hounson. He was rude, unhelpful, and did sound very abusive too. This is a shame, he should be laid off!

Refused my packages for no reason, save your time go somewhere else.

I had brought in 2 packages with paid labels I bought online. The older gentleman said both couldn’t scan as he seemed to be in a rush. Went to the USPS on Washington St and they also weren’t able to scan the label but typed in the tracking number and was fine. Lazy.
