If I could give zero stars, I would. I have make 3 trips to this post offices with my girlfriend trying to pick up her package from overseas, and even though she brought her passport and proof of address, the gentleman at the front desk refused to release it. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. On top of that, the tanning services were disappointing. Overall, a very frustrating experience. He thought that she was trying to steal her own package. ⭐️0

I had brought in 2 packages with paid labels I bought online. The older gentleman said both couldn’t scan as he seemed to be in a rush. Went to the USPS on Washington St and they also weren’t able to scan the label but typed in the tracking number and was fine. Lazy.

I decided to leave a review, because I see so many terrible reviews here. But unlike other folks, I actually had a wonderful experience at this location.
I went in on two separate days, with the maximum sized boxes allowed. 7 boxes in total. A whopping 450 lbs in total! It was by no means an easy order to accept.
Due to my job, I was frustratingly unable to get to the post office any earlier than 4:50 (shortly before they close). Based on these other reviews, you'd think they would have turned me away. But they not only took my packages, they even stayed late to take care of me, BOTH times.
The lady behind the desk was very kind to me. And the manager, Bob, was kind as well, and personally lifted each of those very heavy boxes, and carefully placed them in bins for delivery. He even walked me out the door, and we had a very pleasant chat.
I have no complaints. In fact, I am extremely grateful to both of them, because I am moving to another state this weekend. I have been so stressed out, but this part of my move was made easy due to their hard work and professionalism.
Thank you both, again, I really appreciated all your help!!! I wish you all the best. ☺️

Awful customer service. The managers are rude and most of the workers are rude. They will not accept packages for the smallest things. USPS in general is falling downhill and greedy for money that they don’t care about their customers.

Every time I have a problem at a usps it is ALWAYS this location. Rude and incompetent staff. Today I went to drop off my prepaid, labeled packages. They told me that the date on the label had to be today or else they can’t take the package. That doesn’t even make sense because the post office was closed the day the label was made. When I asked why, the guy had no clue and scooted me out the door before I could question further. Seriously just seems like they want to deny any and all packages. I’ve never heard of such a rule at any other post office I’ve ever been to. Save your time and go to the usps 2 minutes down the road.

DO NOT GO THERE. The worst post office that don’t accept any package even if the label is on top of the box. They are so rude and lazy to work maybe because they just have to scan and take the package in the back. If this location doesn’t accept anything why you keep it open and people go there for nothing?

If i could give zero stars, they will give every excuse to refuse your package. They cant cite one policy that they have right to refuse. If trying to return item with premade label just go somewhere else they wont take it. They should just shut down this location and give other branches more funds.

Thank you USPS I really really appreciate you guys !! I was supposed to receive my medication within one day delivery but somehow it stuck at California, I called the them and got a phone call from Quincy one back in 2 hours, my medication was delivered the second day, and a follow up phone call received 20 minutes after delivered. I am not sure exactly which USPA store called me back but you are guys are the best !! Thank you thank you !!

I've been to this location a few times without any issues before. It was just today's experience that I will not be coming back again. I had 4 packages that I wanted to deliver, and I expected it to be quick like always. I usually get my packages scanned by the same employee, but today it was by someone different. For some reason he wanted to bring out the manager to see if my packages were ok to send. For some context, I sell stuff but the company already provides me with prepaid labels, so I tape them onto my packages. Some of the packages are smaller, so I cut them out to make sure they fit. The manager comes out and I explain that to him. He was rude and kept saying how customs wouldn't allow that to go through and didn't really listen to me. Considering how the recent reviews are all complaining about management, they should fix their attitude. After that, I went to the USPS on 47 Washington St. They scanned all my packages quickly without any issues. Save your time and go there instead.

This is the only post office that will not accept return packages with printed slips if it doesn’t say the same day. A company doesn’t always send you the return slip immediately sometimes it’s hours later or the next day. So I’m confused why the manager here keeps this bizarre rule. Must be nice to not have kids and a life where things come up?? If the company says you have to return something by a certain date that is all that should matter. Me having to spend time on the phone speaking with a very confused costumer rep to get another postage slip who says they have never heard of this is a waste of time. Then after all that time getting the company to finally email me a new one after waiting all day it’s after hours and the post office is closed so it is yet again not the correct date. This policy should be revised.
