The repair matched the estimate, was completed a week earlier than expected and looks amazing! They cleaned the car and even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint; a specialty color. “I and two of my family members get inspections and work done here. I can't recommend this place enough. They are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They try to save the customer money wherever possible. For example, I had to replace my two rear tires - they checked my current brand against others on Consumer Reports, and suggested I go with a slightly cheaper pair from a different brand whose tires were very similar and have better reviews. They even showed me the report so I knew they were of equal quality. Additionally, I got into an accident and my left side mirror came off. Another location told me they would have to replace it and there was no way to reattach it. Here, they offered to look at it to see what they could do. Their technician was able to safely and securely reattach it - I can't use the car wash because it could come off due to the cleaning machinery - but that's fine. My mirror is functional and I didn't have to buy a new one. I always leave a happy customer. If you need car assistance this is the place to go!”

“Jimmy really cares and treats his customers like his friends and family - he is honest, he says it as it is, and he does his best to be able to accommodate his customers. He charges fair and reasonable prices. As someone who has dealt with shady mechanics in the past, it is a relief to find someone I can trust with my vehicles.
Also, Jimmy is a fantastic musician who plays the traditional kanun instrument - he is very talented and if you have a chance to watch him live, you most definitely must!!

“It’s the 4th of July. We decided we wanted to grill. We purchased all the food. As Murphy’s Law would have it though our gas tank was on empty. Called three places and all three were unable to help. Called AL Prime on a whim and not only did they have one tank left but the customer service was exceptional. As a side note, almost everywhere I go the customer service is terrible; no one takes pride in their work anymore… workers on their phone, swearing in front of customers, unmotivated to help, but not at AL Prime. Damari who helped me was polite, professional and even held the last tank while I quickly drove down to pick it up. When I arrived and walked through the door he confirmed my name so he knew I was the one he put the last tank aside for. It was an unexpectedly excellent customer service experience. In my job, I work with a lot of different people; based on this one interaction alone, I anticipate Damari will have a successful future.”
