I don’t know the name of the pharmacist that was working on 6/9/24 around 5:30 which was a white women, but she took my order and told me it would be ready in 20 when I got there the guy at the window told me they are out of stock. That’s something I would have known a head of time so I can take my order else where. The guy told me he can send my order to another CVS. I went to go pick it up at a different location and they told me there was no order and what I’m looking for is not covered. Now I’m pissed. Why didn’t anyone say anything a head of time and made me wait another day for a prescription that I need. I will no longer go to the CVS in Randolph. Pure incompetence and a waste of my time.

Inside CVS in Randolph is okay, but the outside is trashy. Hire someone to come once per week and clean in front of the store.

Zero stars worst cvs in the world. Likely to be sued. Pharmacist lies to customers and they laugh when they mess up your medications. Avoid at all costs!

Maureen at the prescription counter/ pharmacy is foul to deal with. I paid cash for some prescriptions when I forgot my insurance card a few weeks back. I was told I could come back with my insurance card and be refunded. Today I brought my insurance card and Maureen was very rude and acted like I was disturbing her when she’s the manager. She kept making faces, giving attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience to issue the refund that another employee eventually did issue.

My recent visit to CVS Randolph was disappointing on multiple fronts. The parking lot was unkempt, reflecting a lack of attention to cleanliness. Pharmacy services were subpar, with excessive wait times for both prescription pickup and filling. Moreover, the atmosphere was negatively impacted by visibly disgruntled employees. This collective experience makes it challenging to recommend this CVS location.

Customer service is lacking at this place! The staff is rude, unprofessional and honestly they bring the worse employees to this CVS. I called a week in advance for my medications which some employee assured me that was ready for pick up. When I got there no one could find it. After spending 30 minutes in line. After exchanging some words, a pharmacist Patel came to tell me that i choose another pharmacy if I am not happy with the way they run things. No apologies for their employee telling me to come get the medications. And the worst thing was they wanted me to pay more copay for a 1 month supply than what it would cost for a 3 months supplies. Patel refused to honor partial order. I will be choosing another pharmacy. Do NOT choose this one.

The pharmacy at this location is extremely unprofessional. I highly suggest you don’t go this pharmacy if you want to pick up a prescription.
