i have a reservation for 10 i came at 10 door is close note on door said wait 15 to 20 minutes i stay here 2 hour no body show up i have a doctor appointment to go my car is in a garage this is crazy

Worst experience for a rental. First the car we reserved wasn’t actually available and then when it came to drop off, no one was at the office. There was a note that read “be back @ 2 pm” and the time was 2:15pm and still no one showed up. Everyone’s time is important- this isn’t acceptable.
