“I would like to share a very positive experience I had with Enterprise.
When I first rented the car in Boston, the vehicle unfortunately had a very strong and unpleasant smell, similar to smoke or something chemical. It made the driving experience uncomfortable.
However, when I visited the Enterprise location in Hyannis to explain the situation, the team handled everything in an extremely professional and generous way. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience, asked no questions, and promptly replaced the vehicle.
To my surprise, they even upgraded me to a higher category car at the same price. I truly felt well taken care of and respected as a customer.

“If you need a rental car, go to VVS Rental! Great customer service, family owned, easy to deal with & you’re supporting a small business, instead of giving your money to the big rip off companies who don’t care about you at all! I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. After going to 6 locations Saturday with no cars for me… I gave up! Seen VVS on my snap, got a reply within minutes & he told me to come on Sunday. Despite being closed… he went out his way to get me a rental car! I even needed a different car a few days later, only due to size, swapped out with no problem!! Best car rental service I’ve ever used! Highly recommend!!”
“Madison and her team are FANTASTIC! Hands down the best experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. I appreciate the extra time Madison took to make sure I understood my charges vs what insurance was covering, to show me the features on the car I was taking, and just her entire positive and patient demeanor (especially since their phone and foot traffic into the branch were non stop!). “I had an excellent experience at the Hertz in Dorchester thanks to Julio. He was the only employee working that day, and I was blown away by how hard he was hustling, running around to get cars for people, cleaning them, and making sure everyone was taken care of quickly. Despite being busy, he was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making sure customers had a great experience.
I rented a van because I needed to move some furniture, and they happened to have one available. The vehicle was spotless and well-maintained, and the price for the day was actually cheaper than what Home Depot charges.
I’ve rented a lot of cars over the years, but this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. Julio went above and beyond and is the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have.”

“I booked my rental online, but when I arrived, the counter attendant explained that the online system doesn’t check the actual inventory for that specific Hertz location. Because of that, there were no cars available even though I had a confirmed reservation.
Teddy went above and beyond to help me. He found a way to get me into a vehicle that wasn’t even in the regular inventory rotation, and he did whatever he needed to do to make sure I wasn’t left without a rental. His effort truly saved the experience.
Hertz should really fix their online reservation system, but Teddy deserves recognition for exceptional customer service.”
