“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”

Small post office, but huge in service.
I wanted a small post office box. There were 2 available to choose from.
The 2nd option was close to my birth date. The clerk inquired if my birth date was available, it looked unused. The postmaster was consulted and I was told to return, if I could wait, for proper clearance protocol.
Well, I was called within 1 - 2 hours by a site clerk to let me know I could return today to get my birth date box. 🌄
I was made to feel very special. 😊

“My family and I went in to get passports because the office in West Roxbury has to cancel our appointment last minute. There was only one woman at the desk and she was the most helpful and kind human being. She took care of everyone’s needs that walked into that office. I wish I could remember her name, I believe it started with an R. Great customer service. It was my first time there and I would go there over the West Roxbury service any day!”

I'm giving 4 stars only because the employees here often seem miserable and unprofessional. When it's busy they become even more miserable and unprofessional, but I guess that's just part of working for a massive place like USPS...”
“Due too the recent snow storm it hasn’t been possible for my usual mail carrier in East Bridgewater, Ma to deliver my mail. So today I went in to pick it up and Dan helped me. From the time I went to the counter he greeted me w/ a smile. He was very efficient and polite. It was very refreshing to get such great friendly service these days.Because that’s sadly often not the case!!”

Rafel, the Post Master is always motivated to help you, and Sheri, the Supervisor is quick to listen and connect on a personal level. “The US Post Office in West Roxbury provides solid, reliable service and the staff is generally helpful and efficient. I would have given it 5 stars, but the parking situation makes it a bit inconvenient. It’s street parking only, and I had to park a couple of blocks away. Aside from that challenge, the post office itself does a good job and is dependable overall.”

“They do not print they only accept qr code even if you have shipping label downloaded as I have to go to library and print shipping label and things are always expensive as everywhere in Ma, well good experience just drop you pakage by packaging yourself and do not for get to have qr code of your label”

“The guy that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient with everyone I saw on line. It's crazy to me that they'd hire someone for a government job that can only half a day a week and they seemed incredibly understaffed. Its only because the higher ups won't hire proper staff for him. It's crazy what even the government gets away with. I hope he gets more staff soon that doesn't work on a selfish timeline. hopefully someone will see all these horrible reviews about her and they'll finally get the hint. Time for a staffing change.”

There’s also an Asian woman who works with him (she’s often times in the back, and helps out if it gets too busy), she’s also very nice and helpful. This location has the most smiley + happy employees out of other post offices around Quincy. Love this location due to these reasons!”

“Well I had my first Christmas with returns! I was completely dreading going through the process of mailing things back. Some of my items were not free to return so now I had to pay $20 for not keeping items! So this I found a little frustrating, but made my way to the post office. I had received 3 items but with 2 different shipments. I wasn’t sure how this worked. Jose was working and immediately walked me through the whole process. I came with only 1 box and he informed me I needed to return in 2 boxes. I figured I would be now buying a box and spending $20 for the return. Nope! Jose said I actually have a box here you can use and I can also offer you some tape that someone had left behind. He demonstrated how to fold the labels on their pouches and did all of this with a super friendly disposition!! I know if he wasn’t working, I would have probably drove home to get a “free” box and tape and returned. Thank you Jose for your help! You do your job with such kindness and it is much appreciated!!”
