“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”
“My family and I went in to get passports because the office in West Roxbury has to cancel our appointment last minute. There was only one woman at the desk and she was the most helpful and kind human being. She took care of everyone’s needs that walked into that office. I wish I could remember her name, I believe it started with an R. Great customer service. It was my first time there and I would go there over the West Roxbury service any day!”

“Due too the recent snow storm it hasn’t been possible for my usual mail carrier in East Bridgewater, Ma to deliver my mail. So today I went in to pick it up and Dan helped me. From the time I went to the counter he greeted me w/ a smile. He was very efficient and polite. “I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”

“The US Post Office in West Roxbury provides solid, reliable service and the staff is generally helpful and efficient. I would have given it 5 stars, but the parking situation makes it a bit inconvenient. It’s street parking only, and I had to park a couple of blocks away. Aside from that challenge, the post office itself does a good job and is dependable overall.”

“I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I consistently receive from Joe at this USPS. He is always incredibly helpful, taking the time to suggest the best shipping options based on my needs. His patience and attentiveness truly make a difference in every visit.
Today, he was especially exceptional while assisting me with shipping vinyl records, making sure everything was properly handled and sent in the best way possible. I really appreciate the care and professionalism he shows.

“The guy that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient with everyone I saw on line. It's crazy to me that they'd hire someone for a government job that can only half a day a week and they seemed incredibly understaffed. Its only because the higher ups won't hire proper staff for him. It's crazy what even the government gets away with. I hope he gets more staff soon that doesn't work on a selfish timeline. hopefully someone will see all these horrible reviews about her and they'll finally get the hint. Time for a staffing change.”

This location has the most smiley + happy employees out of other post offices around Quincy. Love this location due to these reasons!”
“This office definitely gets busy during peak hours, and you can expect some long lines. The problem is that people needing regular postal services (which are quick but high in traffic) are mixed in with those coming for passport services (which take longer but have less traffic). So, there’s definitely room to make things more efficient. On the bright side, the staff here are super friendly and professional. If you can swing by during off-peak hours, you’ll be pretty happy with the service!”

“I had a great experience with customer service at the USPS Braintree location for my passport appointment. The staff were very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. There is convenient parking, and I highly recommend this location. It’s really sad that they are short-staffed due to budget cuts, because great workers like these end up suffering. I truly hope they are compensated fairly, although I doubt it. Still, excellent service and wonderful employees.”
“Staff here is the greatest of all time- patient, caring and always willing to help even when terribly understaffed. They deserve a raise and a nicer work environment which should be provided by the federal government. The US government is failing us all and the failure is reflected directly in the condition of our run down post office facilities. The staff here is our only saving grace at Washington st.”
