Samantha helped me with my coupons and i appreciate her for that. She was a nice change of pace for the usual not so nice customer service from this location.

This is the worst CVS the staff are rude and unpleasant to deal with . I called 45 minutes ahead of the time of my arrival , I was on hold and stayed on hold for another 30 minutes in the drive thru. When I arrived to the window I was still on hold and a man said I needed new insurance info . I told him my insurance has been the same for the last 2 years he shrugged his shoulders and close the window . A lady came to the window and after 5 min she said I she will try to help me but there are people behind me . Once I explained to her that I have been waiting on hold still and hung up the phone she close the window to figure out what she could do with issue for insurance . She return and said she could give me a coupon and I can return Monday with a receipt for a refund once insurance fix the issue . I said okay however she didn't want to re enter my good rx gold membership instead of the one they have and closed the window . A man came over by the name of Andrew the lead and said I needed to go around and come in . I explained o have been waiting just like everyone else and it has not been more than15 minutes as I waited 30 for one car before me . He went over the fact I had 4 children under the age 5 in the car and said if I kept going I would have to wait a half hour instead . I told him I can not and will not as I need the medication and will not leave my kids in the car . He closed the window and the lady staff finally decided to enter my information . She return and said that normally they call the police. And I explained to her that if that is their practice it is sad and I'm sure an officer would understand I can't leave my kids in the car to make her happy. This is the second time something similar like that has happen at this cvs they are rude and hard to work with .

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, do not rely on them ever!!!If you need your medication, go somewhere else, They left me pregnant without my needed medication, and where jerks about it.I will never go here again, I wish I could give zero stars.

I switched to another CVS that was closer to where I do my shopping. I found them to be a little less than friendly. Also they don't pinch your arm when giving a shot. I went back to New State Highway location.Very nice and helpful. Give shots like professionals. It's a little bit out of my way, but refuse to go to another CVS. Yes the drive up can be very long, so in that case I just go in.

If I had a possibility to give a zero star, I would to the pharmacy. Don’t get me wrong but CVS is a great store and some pharmacy techs are nice but there is one pharmacy tech there I think she is New, she is the most rudest, unpleasant and unprofessional person I have met in my life. She is missing basic human skills…

I've been to many CVS's and the best one by far is this one on New State Highway Rte 44. From their pharmacy techs always being amazing to their front clerks giving exceptional service. One clerk, in particular, (Mr. Fred) from what I hear, is not only very observant, but very honest. I had left my phone in the bagging area and made it home before realizing that I had left it over there. What is usually a 10-15 minute drive turned out to be a 6 minute drive going back. My nerves were so bad and I was praying someone found it and returned it to the front. When I got there, the phone was gone, but when I mentioned that I had left my phone, Fred quickly smiled, walked back to the cash registers and delivered my phone. He mentioned he saw it and put it aside before anyone could find it. I am forever grateful for honest, kind employees like that. I have a few medical conditions and my phone has apps that monitor them. I was so flustered at the moment that I didn't even realize I put my phone down. In a world full of dishonest people, I'm glad that CVS has an amazing people, like Fred, at that store. Mr. Fred, sir, I hope you get to read this and someone at headquarters does too, because trying to get through to someone over there was bit the easiest. But thank you for your kindness!

This used to be a good CVS store, but now you're lucky if they answer the phone! It's not the pharmacists' fault, as they sometimes only have2 people in duty. This is a very busy store. CVS, you need to add pharmacists now!!

I had a really awful experience trying to get my medication from this CVS. The pharmacist who was helping me was extremely rude! When I told her the name of my medication she said “we are all out” even though they had called me to tell me it was ready for pick up. I asked her a few follow up questions and she short answered every question. She said “do you watch the news? There’s a national shortage.” Couldn’t believe it. (She was a short women, brown hair, wearing it in a bun, was working around 2pm but didn’t catch her name).

The man working the register last night at closing on Oct 1st had complete lack of manners. He was there to do check you out only, no more. Last night my husband started having an allergic reaction and we live in Middleboro were everything closes about 9pm. I was already in bed for the night when he woke me & I jumped out of bed and headed towards Raynham, Taunton to find a CVS that was open. I thought we were gonna have to drive to Winthrop St but when we passed by this CVS the doors were literally wide open, so I turned around and pulled in the parking lot and the doors were still wide open. I walked inside and there was a man standing there, the same one that cashed me out at the register, I greeted him and got no greeting back. I then went to the back of the store and grabbed the medicine I needed and saw a sound machine while walking down the Isle, grabbed it quickly and went to the register. The rewards machine wanted me to update my information. I attempted to do it but it was going super slow so, I said I'm just gonna click to do it next time. I am counting my money as I am waiting for him to tell me the total and he is stearing at me like, what is taking so long and annoyed and I asked him how much because that is what I was waiting for, the total. I apologized for the time it took me to finish using the rewards machine but that really was not my fault, as the machine asked me to update my information. I said thank you, I am sorry, have a nice day etc.. I felt like I did something wrong, even though I did nothing wrong. I guess because they was almost ready to close is why I got this attitude but I did not know that. The doors were wide open, there was a worker standing near the register, when I walked in, he could have said were closing or we are closing shortly . However I was pretty fast coming to ther register and I was polite and used my manners, even though I was tired and in pain. CVS is a customer service job,if your employees don't have customer service skills, they shouldn't be working at CVS or should find another job or be placed in a different department not the register. The second I walked out the door, I heard him say lock the doors right now. I would have given a 5 star review. He is the soul reason for the 3 star review. I will change my review if my next experience there is different .

I think is very chaotic. It is impossible to get anybody to answer the pharmacy phone from the pharmacy. I am told my prescription is ready but when I get there they can't seem to even find the prescription. I get home and one is missing from the bag so I have to drive all the way back. I am happy with CVS at all.

Absolutely outstanding, wonderful, pleasant people who have to deal with insurance, non responsive providers ( not mine. She rocks) and people who " lost" their adderall. I can't say enough nice things and how helpful they are trying to fix problems.

Just another joke of a CVS location. Employees who are grown adults yet lack manners and basic human skills. Also - closing your pharmacy in the middle of the day for a break?! (vs staggered breaks, when you have multiple employees in a department.) Yeah I get it - every business is short staffed but how exactly does this help you? Maybe CVS could attempt to pay a livable hourly rate to actually hire some staff and then the customer can stop suffering due to their shortcomings ? CVS, you could be the next Blockbuster!

Very Friendly staff, just always an extended wait at the pharmacy. I get it, you are busy and all but a 45+ minute wait just to pick up a prescription is pretty unacceptable. I have worked in retail for 6 years, so I understand you are busy at times but seems like corporate needs to hire some more employees or get some efficiency training here.
