When I first purchased my home I filled my entire home with Jordan’s goodies …..32 yrs later I went back to Jordan’s to once again fill my home with Jordan’s goodies !! Always dreamed of a white bedroom set and I have it and absolutely love it so much. So I got to meet the new sleep lab techs who were rock stars and for the first time I have a tempurpedic king mattress and pillows. The best …all back aches are gone! I decorated my room with the coastal team just like they had at the show room and have lots of compliments !! Now more important than the materials we purchase are the people we meet along the way. First Elliot and all his team!! I got a few pieces trough the Covid challenging times and for sure am I tough customer for no single problem or dislike will pass trough my inspection but with a warm heart I can seriously tell you Jordan’s goes all the way to make sure you happy. From Sales, techs, delivery teams, and their top management, warehouse management, office management, delivery manager ….truly impossible to find anywhere else. There is no one that can ever ever stand above This team and care for your needs trust me as I speak for my own experience !! And for that not only am I forever happy with my furniture but even happier to have had the chance to cross pads with these amazing humans. I will continue to spend my money there whenever needed ….a bit soon for my electric recliner for I am still full of energy & young but when that day comes Jordan’s to the rescue. “I live just up the street from here,and shop here almost daily,due to my schedule, mostly during evening hours.The staff I deal with regularly, are without a doubt some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met in retail!However, I made the mistake of going there during the day a couple times recently, and I have to say, it's like night and day! The people they have working up front, at self check during the day are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever! I spent 25mins. Just trying to get the register at self check out to take my 5 dollar bill, I asked several different staff members if they could help me, or exchange my 5 for a newer bill or 5 ones, but they claimed their register was locked, another one said , I would have to void out my whole thing and try a different register, so I did, and another 15mins later had the same result. And still, was on my own to figure it out .. my total was around $40, everything was paid except $4.45 , it just refused to take my 5 bucks, eventually I got so frustrated, I just slammed the 5 down on the register and got out of there.. I made a note, to only shop there at night when the 2 super nice ladies, who work around self check out are on duty, they really are awesome! They know me by name, and they spoil my little dog (who goes everywhere with me) they carry treats with them, and he always looks for them. I think their names are Pam and Deb, or Donna, I'm terrible with names, but the main ladies that work up front around self checkout. Anyway I just can't say enough about them! There's even been a couple times over this last year that I went over my cc limit, by a couple bucks, embarrassing as it was, instead of having to put something back, Pam just whips out a couple of ones and a minute later, I was on my way!! Where are u gonna find good, genuine, people who will help a customer, they don't even know personally?? They make me feel welcome, and for that, I'll continue to shop there regularly!But only at night, you couldn't pay me to shop there during the day.”

“This place does have early bird parking. Not so much overnight parking after Getting unloaded.Also, stay to the left and do not pass the gate. Where the little blue shack is until you have checked in.”

I have been to several of your stores and have never received the respect and willingness to help like I have when I go to store 1441 in Somerville and the reason is because of one young man Alessandro Mejia. Alessandro is an amazing young man, who always has a quite serene sincere smile on his face, he is incredibly knowledgeable about this store and I know this because my questions regarding any client in the store are always answered correctly and with confidence. He is definitely going places and if you’re smart you should make sure it’s up and not out!
