“Best place to get your oil change because it’s quick and convenient (no need to get out of your car) but I also just want to say thanks to the crew that was there this past Wednesday 10/8/25. I had asked for a tire rotation along with my oil change and they were happy to help with that. Well, come to find out one of my tires was bald and needed to be replaced asap. They were worried about the safety of myself and my family and weren’t comfortable changing it and suggested I go to a tire shop immediately. I appreciate the honesty and the concern the guys showed! I will NEVER go anywhere else now for an oil change! ??”

Aside from the fact that they sometimes raffle off a free iPad, as a business, they have a very customer experience focus.

Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months.

My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership.

They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me.
They ordered the parts and when they come in, I’ll be back to do the work.

If you drop your car off, there is a link they send you to see the overall health of your vehicle.

They simply show you what your car needs, help you choose what’s most important for your budget, and move forward from there.

The waiting area and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is beautifully paved and monitored by security cameras.

The staff is incredibly friendly. You’ll know you made the right decision when you get there.

“After hearing concerning noises from my wheels, I drove an hour out of my way to Kelly's Tire Mart.

They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained their findings, and provided the necessary paperwork to resolve it. (A competitor had improperly installed the new tires and damaged the pressure sensors.)

The team at Kelly's is attentive, honest, and transparent with their work. The drive was well worth it, as their prices are fair, and I trust them completely. We’ll be returning for all of our future vehicles needs.”

“I got my oil changed here and it was a very quick service! It seriously took me less than 20 minutes. The employees were very kind and courteous and they even offered to add air into my tires for me. I thought it was an upcharge at first so I said no but then they explained that it was included! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a coupon on my phone, and he said he took care of it but when I looked at my receipt later I realized the coupon wasn’t applied. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt though because I really don’t think they noticed and I didn’t notice either so its partially my fault as well. I will definitely be coming to this location again though!”

“Yet again another great experience. We were sad when they closed for a while around the time of the pandemic but SO happy they are back open. We have never been disappointed. The waiting room is comfortable, the service is great, and the folks at the desk are friendly and explain things thoroughly. We'll keep coming as long as they are in business.”

“Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”

“Great experience here... Saab recommended Mobil 1 synthetic oil from the start on my '06 9-3 convertible, so SpeeDee is my go-to place for oil changes. The service techs are thorough... I watched from the waiting room as the tech working on my car went over each item on the checklist, checking them off in order. He did make a couple of recommendations for higher-mileage vehicles that weren't necessary with my car, but that's expected and they had no problem with me declining to move forward with those things.

The whole process took about 25 minutes, and I saved $5 with a coupon on their website. Not the biggest discount, but still something. These guys (and girl) are trustworthy though. I'll continue to use this SpeeDee location in the future.”
