“Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I shopped the lot for about 40 minutes taking notes and looking at several trucks, tested drove two vehicles with absolutely no pressure to buy. I was pressed for time after spending over two hours at the dealership and walked out to sleep on the decision of what trim of Ram 1500 to buy.
Jay Miller was my sales consultant and Ryan was the sales manager. The next day I went back and worked out a deal with both of them.
After four Ford F150 XLTs and two lousy experiences recently with two Ford dealers, I decided to try RAM and I’m glad I did. Central 44 Jeep/RAM has a customer for life. I specifically went there because of their Google reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to Jay and Ryan

“Rich was great finding the right vehicle and options for me. Worked around my schedule and worked for the best deal available. I had issues with financing and registration portion though. I was told commercial plates wouldn’t be a problem however was not told I needed to have the financing under my business name for my commercial insurance to cover the vehicle. I was told the financing was finalized by the dealership and I couldn’t change it. I told them to do personal plates instead and they still did commercial under my name. Told me sort it myself at the RMV.”

“I cannot recommend this Pep Boys highly enough. After having my car towed in, I walked through the door already resigned to dropping serious money on a new set of tires… that’s what I thought I needed, and that’s what I told them. Most shops would have happily taken my word for it and my money along with it. Instead, this team ran a full diagnostic and gave it to me straight. My tires were fine, and I should hold off on replacing them. They fixed what actually needed fixing, and I walked out paying a fraction of what I’d braced myself for.
That kind of honesty is genuinely rare. They didn’t upsell me, didn’t pad the bill, didn’t take advantage of a customer who clearly didn’t know any better. They diagnosed the real problem, did the work that was actually needed, and treated me with complete transparency from start to finish.
This is hands-down the best auto service experience I’ve ever had. Every future repair, oil change, and tire replacement is coming right back to this shop. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, stop looking… you’ve found them!”
