I am handicapped and an associate from Staples came to my car, took my credit card, purchased what I needed and brought it to me. This courtesy saved me time and a lot of pain as well. This is the only store to offer me this service.

Dani (sp?) at the UPS counter truly went above and behind to ensure we could return an expensive package that had to be sent in today. I showed up without what was needed and she was SO helpful.
