“This place is great for so many reasons beyond just the customer service you receive while simply filling up with their gas…which anyone who knows knows it’s always the most fairly priced anywhere! I have been taking my vehicles here for gas, inspections, and repairs for over 20yrs now! I can’t believe I haven’t written a review until now honestly.
The minute you bring your vehicle in for repair you are stepping into THEIR world! It’s like a family atmosphere in there and you just walked into Thanksgiving! There’s a chair being pulled out for you, they already know your name, and you already know you came to the right place. We all have that 6th sense of being able to read ppl and these guys pass the test immediately. You just know you’re not being buffalo’d, nobody is trying to perform extras on your repairs, and in fact Anthony(who is the duct tape that hold the place together!)is actively trying to save you money on things. I know it’s hard to believe but it’s true. Joe will even shout another option from across the room prompting Anthony at times to recall something else that might even work better for you! Between them both they will have their talented mechanics doing just what was discussed and your vehicle will be repaired RIGHT and it’ll be ready before you even expect it most, if not every time. Often times I will receive a call from Anthony letting me know “it’s ready for you to come pick it up and I have good news for you!…I was able to save you “X” amount on what we talked about. See you when you show up.”
Sincerely, this is one auto shop that you can trust. They have been serving the community for years now and you don’t stay in this business long not being reputable! They are good, family, regular guys that are actually happy when you’re happy. I cannot recommend them enough. If you don’t walk out of there with at least a few smiles, laughs, and a story about your dealings with them I’ll be very surprised! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just a neighborhood staple. Big D will probably be out front pumping gallons of gas and talking to everyone who pulls thru. So many regulars! When you’re there you will hear car after car after car giving them a “hey guys!” beep as they pass. You EARN that and it tells you everything you need to know about the place. Tell ‘em “Jay” sent you!”
