Went into to have banking issue resolved and they were great. I was greeted at the door. Helped right away Excellent customer service. Anna was especially nice and kind.

Mortgage department is ridiculous. I am still trying to refinance since January, no returned calls from Patricia, lost paperwork, total ineptitude. I would leave but have rate locked in allegedly till August. I will never use this bank again. I dont understand how she still works here.

The mortgage department is slow and doesn't return phone calls! After speaking with Patricia on two different occasions regarding a refinance, giving her the info she requested twice, she NEVER returned a call as promised. I will not be refinancing with BOA.

They aggravate me so bad at this Bank Of America. As soon as you walk-in the door they scream from across the room -- "What can we do for you today!" in front of everyone. I feel like when you are in the bank it should be quiet and you do not want everyone knowing your personal business. I've stopped going to this Bank Of America which is annoying because this one is so close to me. They really should think about their customer service.
