“Best bank around. No fees for accounts, they have overdraft forgiveness if you call and explain. Or if I do overdraft and put it right back in I won't get hit with fee. But I've never paid an overdraft fee cause of that. I also love how I have filed disputes after being scammed or money taken and with no issues I get my money back. I've had bank 5, Webster, bank of America and citizens bank and left due too poor service... but rockland trust definitely is the best to deal with.”

“I recently moved to Norton from Maryland. As a senior citizen, I chose Bluestone Bank for the convenience and benefits for seniors. Also, they have online banking. I opened my account at the Bay Street branch in Norton. Jason Jeffrey, the Assistant Vice President at the Raynham Branch, happened to be working there. He was very friendly and informative. He followed up a couple of days later to let me know my checks had been ordered as well as my debit card. Today I went to the bank to make a deposit and the teller remembered me from last week, even though I did not interact with her directly! I am very happy with the service and so glad I chose this bank!”

We called and they said they could, and would, do it. Manager Craig could not have more helpful and friendly. “I love BayCoast in general and use this branch for all my banking needs. The tellers are always friendly and personable, the lobby clean with a working coin machine, and the ATMs are always open/working with an interactive teller often available. You can even choose the denominations of cash from the ATM, which is perfect for cash budgeters. I'm a BayCoast loyalist, there are some good people behind the counter.”

“Best bank. No fees, no problems. Always amazing customer service. I've had an over draft fee here and there due to my own error and they always reverse it and refund the fee back when I call and apologize. I think they allow forgiveness of those a couple times which is so nice. I've been to bank five and citizens and they never give forgiveness for those fees even when one time it was bank 5s error. So I really appreciate and love this bank. I'll never go elsewhere. I recommend them to everyone.”
