“Great selection of books! Really amazing cookbooks I added to my collection. A local bookstore that will warm your heart. It felt like the unique books were individually picked by the owners, not a big box store”
“I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Amazing selection of sealed sports cards. Everything from big time hobby boxes all the way to cheap single wax packs. Guy running the place was pleasent as could be. You could tell he loved what he was doing. I highly highly recommend stopping by.”
“Had an excellent experience. My girlfriend and I came here to browse the books and get some small plates to share. The atmosphere is fantastic and you can browse the shelves forever. The food we had was great and the staff was nice and considerate enough to include bigger portions because they knew we were sharing. The short ribs were fantastic, as was my glass of house red! I left with two books, one of which i found in the staff recommendations section, highly reccomend”
“Great selection and pricing. I support my brick and mortar book stores, especially ones that have used books! Love the care the staff takes in creating themed sections!”
“This is the best bookstore ever!!!! They have jellycats, dumplings, needohs, and all these trendy accessories. They have a wide selection of books and a whole candy section. If you are in Barrington, this is the perfect place to go!!!! 😁😁😁”

“Have received 2 single book orders from here and both were shipped with unbelievable care, better than purchasing new off the shelf. Appreciate that they value used books as much as myself. I live in Ontario Canada.”
“THANK YOU!!!!!! To Alex and Heather you both are amazing! I was having so much trouble downloading my book for bio and Heather put me at ease and Alex saved the day! He was able to download my book and get me into my account! All of you are amazing and I’ve had nothing but the best experience there!!!”

“Go here all the time. People may not realize that on top of an impressive selection of board games that is constantly stocked and updated, this place also has an excellent used and new book section as well as MTG product.
Very pleased to have this as my main gaming store and first stop for any gaming related purchase I make. They are doing things right.”
