“What a great hotel! Stayed here with my husband and two toddlers for a winter weekend getaway - we had plans to see the Providence Bruins and to get dinner on Federal Hill and wanted a hotel with an indoor pool - we found this gem 12 minutes east of Providence and had such a wonderful stay! Very clean and updated. The staff was great! Rose’s breakfast was outstanding! The pool was so warm and clean. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The boys slept comfortably on the sofa bed which was actually pretty comfortable! The king size bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very quiet - we will be back! We had no idea there was a giant arcade behind the hotel, so now we’re planning our next trip back!Rooms: Very clean and updated.Food & drinks: Rose put a lot of work into cooking a delicious breakfast and took great pride in everyone enjoying it. She brought over coloring pages and crayons for the kids. So yummy!”

“Everyone at this location was so great and helpful. I however forgot my form of payment and had to return for a second time within an hour or so. Everyone was so great getting me in and out even though it was my mistake. They also recommended a really good breakfast place nearby! Thank you guys so much!!”

“Top notch conference center. Rooms are spacious, A/V equipment worked well. The event I attended had pastries and coffee in the morning and a buffet lunch. Was disappointed that the coffee was taken away around 9 and didn’t come back. All day conferences are tough without caffeine replenishment.”

“TV very limited channels, beds very high for short people, very good continental breakfast.Problem checking in company pre paid room but because they needed an Authorization form. I had to pay it myself”

“Stayed there. If I could give it zero stars I would. Front desk rep. Was rude. Sexist. Terrible. Highway robbery. Room had bugs. Rotten food in the microwave and fridge. Dog ended up with fleas. Had to pay to get them flea dipped. Dirty room. I called the front desk and tried to tell him what was going on and he acted like he couldn’t hear me then hung up. Can I repeat that I called the front desk!! I called the front desk for the rep. to fix my concerns!! And he acted like he couldn’t hear me and then hung up!! There was no accommodations given. Expensive and not worth it. Never ever ever ever staying at a rodeway inn, or a choice hotel again! I brought this to the general managers (carla Vincente) and choice hotels attention and she pretty much justified the terrible service. Never giving these people my money again. I’ll pay those prices at a place that deserves those prices. Highly suggest this to anyone staying in the area. Don’t stay here!!! It’s the worst!!”

“Awesomely authentic colonial inn right in the heart of Bristol. Booked the Taylor Suite for my family when we were in town for my brother-in-law's 50th birthday party. The location was perfect! I'm a Marriott Platinum and Hilton Diamond member and spent a lot of time on the road and this was the nicest suite I've been in for years! Very specious and bright. Beautiful kitchen where we were able to make breakfast for everyone the next morning. Front desk was very gracious giving us an extra hour past checkout to be with family. We will definitely be back!”

“The room itself was kinda dirty, with random stains on almost everything.
The bed was comfortable and clean. I guess that's what you're ultimately paying for, a locked room and a place to sleep. That's about it. The staff doesn't even let you INTO the lobby, all business is through a tiny window.
Very close to great places to eat: Shannon's Place and Tacontiento.”

“THIS REVIEW ONLY PERTAINS TO THE RESTAURANT INSIDE THIS HOTEL, BENJAMINS II!

First of all, the restaurant has NO signage on where it is located. We circled around the parking lot twice and even wound up in some used car lot. I ended up taking a chance and walking in through the main entrance of the Hotel and low and behold there it was. Thankfully, you don't need a reservation or to be a guest of the hotel to eat here.

The serving staff was terrible with the exception of the woman who served us, Janice (thank you). We asked the gentleman who sat us what was good to eat here and he scoffed saying he doesn't eat here. Even if he lied to us, it would have been a better response than the one given. Honestly, the restaurant was dead, just about fifteen people in the place and the service was VERY SLOW. Almost to a point where we thought we were forgotten.

The food is what SAVED the place in my opinion. I got the veal Parmesan and it's REAL veal so it's delicious. I had it with Penne pasta, the marinara was paired well with the dish. My party had wine (Pinot Grigio 750ml) which the bartender had not left any in the freezer, so they brought us out a 1.5L of the wine and even bagged it for us to take home.

Honestly the whole experience started out rocky (putting it lightly) but overall I believe we had a great evening out. Janice was the superstar employee that saved this restaurant from getting a terrible review. (Well her and the delicious food)

Food & drinks: The food at BENJAMINS II is beyond reproach.”
