“Taunton Cat Hospital is truly one of the most caring veterinary offices. Dr. Fitzgerald is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The team cared for my Nala for many years up until the day I had to say goodbye to her. They are the most compassionate, loving people and it shows in how they cared for Nala, and me over the years. My heart was broken putting my girl to rest. To prove how wonderful they are, I received a beautiful card from them a little over a week after that sad day which everyone signed and wrote such nice things. They even took paw prints and a clipping of her hair. They go above and beyond what you’d expect from a veterinary office. If you love your cat as much as I do/did, I can’t recommend them enough. They deserve 100 stars for the care they provide! 5 stars does not do them justice.

“The care my dog has received on numerous occasions from both Dr. Brault and Dr. Munson have exceeded my expectations. The staff here is consistently kind, accommodating and caring. My dog cries when we pull up in the parking lot, but he loves the people there which makes me feel better about his experience.”

“My Guinea pigs, rabbits and cat have all been clients here for 17+ years. They always make you and your furry family member feel welcomed and that they are the best. They are gentle and sensitive. When my guinea pigs and rabbits passed, they were so sympathetic. In all these years I would have nothing negative to say except for their lessened hours and no longer have Saturday appointments. This is a huge inconvenience for the "parents" who work. After all these years to just have that one complaint, I think that is positive and reassuring.”
“Very nice staff who are knowledgeable in their roles, and the facility is clean and well organized. The separate waiting areas for cats and dogs are a big plus! They even have warming blankets for cats which they love. I highly recommend bringing your furry family members here.”

“Dr. Melo is the best vet you will ever meet! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate too. Fairly priced as well. Recently had to put my dog down (heart failure and stopped eating and drinking) and it was the most humane process ever. They even mailed a card! You will never find a better place to bring your dog! Friendly and empathetic staff”

Not only is he more flexible in hours , his bedside manner with my 2 very hyper Jack Russel's was something I'd be we seen B4. And the price shocking in disbelief.oew than 1/2 off what I had been paying 4 years. NO office visit 1 walk in the door is unheard of now a days

“I’ve been to a few vet clinics over the years. The staff and vet here are calm and welcoming. I didn’t feel anxious at all like I have in the past at other clinics. We were able to get in quickly and the appointment ran efficiently. They were gentle with my cat even with him having anxiety. I appreciate everyone for being kind.”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

He has done regular checkups and several surgeries over the years for our dogs. We trust him implicitly. “Mocha wants to thank the excellent team of emergency doctors, vet techs, and front desk staff that took care of her the past 2 days!! We received excellent service from Dr. Rosenstein. She followed her case consistently, gave us a clear treatment plan and specific recommendations. The vet techs were incredible and each morning we received a photo update on how our baby was doing. It made us feel so comforted to receive these updates. Every single tech I spoke to was extremely empathetic and efficient to answer any questions they had the capability to answer (I know I had a lot). Most importantly, They made sure our mocha had a comfortable stay while getting the treatment she needed. We look forward to completing her treatment plan you and thank you for taking care of our baby❤️”

“Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”
“Excellent place! Prices were unbelievable cheap for the quality and services that they provided. Annual exam $36, office visit $41. 2 X-rays for $197 and meditation...all for $301.31! She was very compassionate and explained everything about my cat.”

They offer pretty much all the services you would find at an emergency vet, but did end up sending me to the emergency vet after i said i wanted a second opinion. “For years I have brought different pets there and always had a great experience. Every single vet assistant works hard to help answer questions. They get it when you look stricken dropping off your German shepherd (a few months ago) or today 2 sweet kittens for neutering. Dr. Bruzzi is kind, funny & no nonsense when it comes to questions. Be wise if you live in the area and take advantage of this awesome place; not many old school genuine vet practices left!”

“Loved the speed and efficiency of the Vetco clinic and it's convenient to pick up a few things while there. One star removed due to an inability to escape untrained owners and dogs. This is not an ideal place if your dogs aren't trained, mostly because the sheer amount of untrained dogs that people bring into the store without a clue on being mindful of a healthy distance to avoid skirmishes. While not in the control of the clinic, there's no way to adequately space out.”
