“Dr. Becky Ruemmler responded to an emergency I had called in. She was empathetic, calm, professional and reacted promptly. Her skills were impressive - working in a pasture in the dark of night on a horse in pain and unsteady on his hooves. It seemed as if nothing deterred her confidence in being able to help. Horses in her care should be considered very fortunate.”

“We had to give our sweet Daisy "Snoodle " to The Rainbow Bridge today 01/02/2024. They were very accommodating, kind, and compassionate! Our family was lucky enough to have our Snoodle for 9 wonderful years. We guess her age between 11-13 as we don't know too much about her past and what we do know was not very good! She had 7 years until cushings grabbed hold! They(PIN) gave us 2 more years with our sweet girl and gave her the peace she deserved at the end!!! Thank you to the vets, techs, and all the staff at Potter League Pets In Need!!!”

“Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats. The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic). The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!”

“Dr. Jody is wonderful. She is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She always takes the time to explain things to me so that I feel at ease. I can be an overly cautious dog mom but she always treats me with respect and is so accommodating when I have concerns for your pet. She also performs surgeries which makes me feel at ease knowing they are in her care at a critical time. She really cares about the well-being of your animal and I feel confident I can trust her with my furry loves. Dr. Mello and Dr. Crane are also great vets!”

“I am a guardian home for Cove Angels and got the one of the best additions to my family because of the program. Dukka is such a good dog and was already trained when I got him. Mike and Kerry have always been there for me with any questions I have and I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. He’s an angel and I’m so blessed to Cove Angels for trusting in me.”

“Cannot recommend Spinnaker enough. The care they gave me and my Rudy during such a difficult time was all I could ask for. They also care for my friends pack. I have personally witnessed Dr. Fleming call well after hours to check on my friends dog who was having GI issues leading into a weekend. Tracy and the rest of the support staff are amazing. Incredibly thorough and calming in times of stress. Please, whatever you do, have your animals seen by this team! Spinnaker team, thank you, again ♥️”

“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

The genuinely care and now a days that’s extremely refreshing. I will absolutely bring all my future vet business to them.”

“We love Dr. Jenny and the staff. They take excellent care of our cats and the follow up is great. However, it's time to end the mask mandates and return to normal operations. We pay a lot of money for these services and I feel like a leper.”

“Took my puppy for her first ever vet visit last week and she was so well taken care of! The staff were incredible and helped ease my anxiety regarding all the concerns I brought to them. “Went in on July 13th for routine checkup. Our girl Cora needless to say does not particularly care for the Vet. She is the sweetest cat in the world, but anytime we have ever had to bring her for a checkup, she turns into a Cat monster. Hissing, spitting, and just ferocious so the team @ DR Animal Hospital recommended that she be put under a light anesthesia for her visit to make it more comfortable for everyone.I think its fair to say that any good pet owner gets worried whenever their animal is unhappy, distressed and would do anything to make their animal not feel that. The team did everything by the books. I've been to other animal hospitals that do a terrible job with the whole empathy thing. When we dropped her off, we left knowing that she is in great hands! The best part is how they handled our visit when time to settle up. We were having an issue with our CareCredit card as we have not used it in a long time and had a new card that we never did activate. After calling Care Credit, they informed us that DR AH could look up our account. With a little hard work from Mackenzie and the rest of the team, we were able to get the problem resolved and use our CareCredit card with 6 months of no interest! I wish I knew any of the other Vet's names, but there were good vibes on every single part of the Visit! Highly recommend and our other buddy Dawson will be by in a few days for his checkup as well!!!Customer for life!! Thanks to DR Animal Hospital and their staff”
