“I've been with this bank through its various incarnations: Family Bank, First Mass Bank, Banknorth, TD Banknorth, and now, finally, TD Bank. And I still like them. They have really convenient hours now (sometimes they open as early as 7), and their online banking is good too. I've only had a couple of issues with them over the years (once arguing a fraudulent charge of $5, which they denied for quite a while until I went through copious amounts of paperwork) but we've always remained friends in the end. Just watch out for the fees - I think if you don't keep a certain amount in your account at all times, the fees can start adding up.”

“Santander is the closest thing to the coopertive bank my family did business with in the city I grew up in. I was not with them that long when I had a problem with debit card theft. The management were quick to investigate, also very empathetic to my personal plight...and thankfully reimbursed me soon after. I don't go into the branch that often but when I do, it's a pleasure. I get offers every week from others to pay me to open an account. No, I'll stay with the one who was there for me.”

“Stopped by to do some food shopping since target has lines lately. It's like a competition of market basket now! Anyways! I came in, there was no lines outside and it's not crowded inside too! Food selection is good and it doesn't seem to be depleted as of the moment I went there. Got everything I needed so far and paid. The lines for the cashier wasn't that crazy either. Some people bought a few stuff but I chose to go to the self service just to avoid waiting. I got out of there in less than an hour.”
“This is a great bank. The hours are convenient and you can shop while you bank. The great thing is you can do everything you would do at a regular branch. It is also open 7 days a week!!!”
