“Santander is the closest thing to the coopertive bank my family did business with in the city I grew up in. I was not with them that long when I had a problem with debit card theft. The management were quick to investigate, also very empathetic to my personal plight...and thankfully reimbursed me soon after. I don't go into the branch that often but when I do, it's a pleasure.I get offers every week from others to pay me to open an account. No, I'll stay with the one who was there for me.”

“I visited the bank with my son. The new staff at the bank was very nice, polite and professional. I opened two accounts for myself and my son and they were very helpful throughout the process. I enjoyed the time being there and even learned Roberto's and Sara's name they were very friendly. The branch manager Erion was awesome, very very professional, very friendly, made me feel like at home and he gave me quick answers to my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and the teamwork overall. I definitely recommend this branch.”

The street before it is a one way and during the day it gets backed up with trucks for local businesses... making it hard to get in or out of parking lot. See pics.”

“I've been with this bank through its various incarnations: Family Bank, First Mass Bank, Banknorth, TD Banknorth, and now, finally, TD Bank. And I still like them. They have really convenient hours now (sometimes they open as early as 7), and their online banking is good too. I've only had a couple of issues with them over the years (once arguing a fraudulent charge of $5, which they denied for quite a while until I went through copious amounts of paperwork) but we've always remained friends in the end. Just watch out for the fees - I think if you don't keep a certain amount in your account at all times, the fees can start adding up.”

“WELL SINCE THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE IT WAS ON FIRE, IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN MY PICTURES WHEN I POSTED THEM. IT IS VERY CONVENIENTLY PLACED AT NORTHGATE SHOPPING CENTER NEXT TO BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY. WELL WAS, IT DOES HAVE AN EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ATM , HANDICAP PARKING And WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE DOORS AND RAMPS. LOCATED ON SQUIRE RD, AROUND THE CORNER FROM ROUTE 1AND ROUTE 99 BOTH ARTERIES TAKE YOU TO BOSTON SOUTH OR NEW HAMPSHIRE TO THE NORTH.”
