“I went to the dealership twice to fix my Jeep that kept vibrating at high speeds. Both times they claimed they balanced it and solved the issue, but the problem never went away. Frustrated, I gave up on the dealer and called Yanel. He told me to come in right away, ran a free diagnostic, and quickly found the real problem, the car needed proper balancing and new brakes, something the dealer should have caught. Yanel fixed it and now my Jeep drives smooth. I even made the long trip all the way to Florida last week with no issues. Thanks, Yanel!
