Hours: Beach Sales Discount Appliances & Electronics is Boston's favorite family-owned and operated store, serving the community since 1947. It is known for low prices, knowledgeable staff, and personal service. As a member of a buying group, it delivers big box savings with an independent store's attention to customer needs. The store offers a wide variety, from affordable apartment-grade appliances to high-end ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners, and specialty items like wine coolers and barbecues. It is an authorized dealer for many major brands. Reviews highlight amazing and great sales experiences, with staff described as knowledgeable and working with customers to choose the right models. The customer care and delivery service is noted for blowing big box stores out of the water, with the store able to match or beat their pricing. Customers report that the staff does everything to make things right, providing great service. Many state they will never shop anywhere else for appliances, calling the business a lifesaver for homeowners, realtors, and property managers. While most feedback is highly positive, one minor note mentioned a specific air conditioner model lacked a desired heating feature. Overall, the store is highly recommended.
