Amazing Service. WAY better than the east boston branch. Revere Citizens is the best. I believe the woman’s name is Heidi, She helped me a lot. Five stars for her, i would give 10 stars if i could. This branch puts East Boston to SHAME.

Beth was very helpful this morning in scheduling me an appointment to notarize a document. This Citizens location answered their phone immediately this morning! So refreshing after calling TD bank across the street 3 times and nobody picking up the phone! Moving all my baking here!!!!

Staff were very nice and helpful but having to enter through a cloud of weed stink in the enclosed doorway is disgusting 🤮. I can’t be doing business and end up smelling like poverty and section 8!
