“What a pleasant experience using Burke Moving Company today. I called the owner Charlie last night and he agreed to do a last minute move for me without hesitation and also at an amazing rate. If you are looking for professional, personable, trustworthy movers, these are your guys. Not only are they fast, they are meticulous to ensure all your property is carefully wrapped and handled with kid gloves. I have had terrible experiences in the past with moving companies, I will always use them and highly recommend. If you want Outstanding Customer Service and fantastic service this is what they offer.”

“Contacted Big Moves for a last minute move on a busy college move-in day and they were super responsive even late in the day and quick to accommodate. Their price was competitive too.Unfortunately didn’t ahead with them since we got some friends to help with the move. Will 10/10 consider them next time”

“I wanted to recognize Scott over at the Charge Street location. With the recent severe rain storms there was water damage within several units including mines. Gratefully I had purchased insurance for situations like this. Scott has taken his time to walk me through the process of filing a claim, being present when I came to look at the unit and here again today to meet with the adjuster. I was able to obtain another open unit, I am fortunate to have met Scott. He deserves the recognition even though he is doing his job, I as the customer felt like I received exceptional assistance during the unforeseen circumstance. Thank you Scott!”
