“If you’re visiting Salem, love Halloween, and like to wear all black then this store is a MUST visit. There were so many unique items that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and I could have spent hours in there. My friends and I visited over Halloween weekend but didn’t have to wait for too long outside, and were greeted by the friendliest staff. It has a dark and spooky interior which I loved and it really added to the overall shopping experience. I highly recommend this shop and we can’t wait to go back!”

They are not pushy but work with what you are looking for and make you feel beyond comfortable! They are personable and are honest in a great manner of what looks best on you. The staff was actually kind and I didn't feel like I didn't belong there, the atmosphere was calming, sleek and fun/exciting. “I came in to get a giftcard for my son's gf. I never hear of Torrid. Now- I will never buy jeans or hoodies anywhere else. They specialize in size 10+. But the clothes are cute and trendy. They can be a little pricey but there's sales & discounts all the time. The jeans fit like they're supposed to! I dont have to pull them up everytime I reach down.
