My car wouldn't start in the freezing cold while I was on my way to a job interview. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts Hanover, MA which was near the parking lot where I was, and Joe came, worked quickly in the intense cold without complaining, and managed to get my car running, taking it to his O'Reilly store and installing a new battery in no time, outside even in the freezing temperatures. His professionalism, kindness, and speed truly transformed a terrible afternoon into something positive. I ended up getting to my job interview on time and got home safely. “on feb 5 at around 5:30-6 pm, i came into this O’Reilly in hopes of a battery change. I was greeted immediately, and the man at the counter walked me through the process with ease.
