“I moved to to this area 3 yrs ago and have always been with Walgreens. I have had the Best service at the Rockland Pharmacy than any other Pharmacy I have been to. There is a Pharm tech named Joe at this pharmacy and he is an absolute asset to this company. He is attentive, knowledgeable and a problem solver! I hope Walgreens is taking care of their outstanding employees so they don't lose them to competition. Also, I would like to add, my husband was in hospice at home and the pharmacist met with me and discussed his meds at length with me. He was so kind and compassionate when I needed it most! In the time I have lived here, I have had nothing but good experiences with this location.”
“Crown Colony Pharmacy, Quincy, MA puts every commercial pharmacy I've ever dealt with to shame, except for the former Oldens Pharmacy, S. Weymouth, Ma, which was another excellent pharmacy. The people at Crown Colony have always treated me with kind, helpful and respectful personal service. Their perscription service is unmatched! Every medication I require they always have, and if on occasion they don't have it, they order and have it within a day or two. I can't say enough good about Crown Colony Pharmacy, and I am extremely grateful for their excellent service!”

“I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! They were very amenable with cost reduction methods when my insurance was not covering my medication. I used them for a few years but recently moved too far away, and this pharmacy is one of the things I will miss about the area! When I mentioned that I am a teacher and that my students love to play chess in their free time, they gave me a chess board that had been on the shelves for a while as a gift for the students. It was very well used by them and appreciated. Good spot to grab small gifts for babies/holidays as well. Always friendly staff at both the pharmacy and store counters and they were always great with communicating with my doctor when there were stock issues.”

“Needed a couple of things for camping and found items easily. The store seemed a little cluttered, but it was a smaller store trying to offer every amenity usually requested by patrons. The store was having payment issues with the self checkout, but staff was very courteous and helpful to the patron requiring assistance. We were able to get in and out in a very short amount of time.”
“They are very good there and always help me out when my veterinarian is being difficult. There is one particular employee there that stands out. Her name is Kristina, she is the most friendly, cheerful and welcoming person ! She seems to remember us when we go to pharmacy, and she is very genuine so you know she really wants to help. There are so few people like her these days, most everywhere I go I seem to get rude, snippy people. She is truly an asset to the pharmacy, she's a gem.”

“I switched from CVS once I realized Shaw’s had an Osco pharmacy. Not only are their prices lower, but the whole team is friendly, funny, and truly cares. Ann told me about using GoodRX to refill a medication before insurance would cover it. Ted helped apply a discount so I could get a prescription that needed pre authorization without waiting on insurance. They even call to let me know when they reached out to my doctor with no response so I can follow up, something no pharmacy has ever done for me. Around the holidays, Mary puts up clever trivia at the counter that always brings a smile. I miss Marc, he was always so kind and helpful. Hope he’s enjoying retirement. Claire gave me a useful handout on filling certain pet meds. I get all my vaccines here and fill my dog’s prescriptions too. They’re the #1 Pet Prescribing Pharmacy in the area for a reason. They even added a pet photo board, just one of the many thoughtful touches that show how much they care. I recommend Osco Shaw’s to every pet parent and anyone who wants a pharmacy that actually takes care of you.”

“I had to get a photo enlarged to 16x20 in a very short period of time to bring to a memorial service. One large office supply store said it would be two to three hours, one local print shop was closed for vacation. I went to Walgreens in a panic - not only did they walk me through the kiosk experience, they had the photo ready for me in about 15 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for being so helpful in a very emotional and sad time for me.”

“Excellent customer service. prompt delivery (not as good as Sullivans pharmacy in Roslindale who does overnight) but no complaints. Would recommend. Currently, they do calls at refill time, which is very helpful. Ive seen the other reviews, and I have honestly not experienced any of what I have read, thankfully. I will say the application is not very state of the art, and needs updating. I just call, and this rep Joshua is top tier.”
