“Disappointed to see such a low rating. I switched from CVS Pharmacy (horrible customer service and the rudest manager I've ever encountered). The folks at Walgreens' pharmacy are always so incredibly pleasant (along with the other store employees, each and every one of them). They go above and beyond, including reaching out to my provider when I was having an rx issue. These folks work hard and shouldn't need signs on the windows to remind customers to treat employees kindly. They are the absolute best, so happy I switched.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
