“I have had the most amazing experience with Resident Essentials. I have ordered from them many times and their products are high quality, their customer service is top notch, and they are fast and reliable. They also stand by their products which I very much appreciate. My grandmother has loved wearing their clothing and the process of ordering from them has been seamless. They have the customer service feel of a small company but the professionality and breadth of product choices of a large company. They receive my highest level of recommendation!”

“Start to finish, first calling and looking into a possible purchase of a shipping container, John answered all my questions, took time to meet up to physically see the containers, he was very professional, kind, patient. Excellent pricing, from the time I made my decision to the actual purchase , everything from the delivery to the handshake at the end. An overall amazing example of customer service. He made me feel like I was the only customer, so glad he was referred to me by a friend, I would definitely do business with ground level storage again, and I’ll tell my friends.”

“This is an excellent place to do business. I have bought several items from this group and saved my company thousands of dollars. It's an absolute playground for surplus tech in New England. If you wondered where all of the exotic and expensive scientific and electronics manufacturing equipment goes when companies upgrade or go out of business in New England, it's right here.”

“Stephen is FANTASTIC and always willing to assist with open doors!! I own a small tea business and get large shipments from overseas quarterly. I had issues unloading once, Stephen was in the middle of his lunch, but he so kindly stopped his lunch to come help me right away. I couldn't have done it without him. I highly recommend this place!! Also, this place is always kept very clean.”
