“I never had used Frank Webb Home and I didn't know the people. But now I am happy that I do. I re-did my bathroom/shower. It seemed like too many details to get right. But Brenda Ingersoll and Ellen Marks at FWH were more than patient in helping me and my partner come up with the right equipment. Once home, we changed our minds on one or two pieces, but returning to FWH went easy as could be expected, and the new parts were in inventory and ready to go, thanks to the team.
