“I was passing through town and stuck in a parking lot across the street with my car alarm blaring and the ignition disabled. I walked over to Beverly Auto Center, where Karim recommended a towing company, and then immediately looked at my car once it was in his lot. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, and although he couldn't fix the problem until Monday, he recommended an electronics specialist from a nearby business (Marconi Radio) who was able to solve the problem that day and get me on my way. Meanwhile, as i was sitting in his waiting area for a couple of hours I saw many customers come in with a variety of problems and he and his crew was attentive and friendly to every one of them. If I lived here this is where I'd be taking my car for all future repairs.”

We drive high mileage Hondas (Odyssey and Civic) which require ongoing maintenance, and these guys are always transparent and communicative. They identify the specific, crucial issues, quote the exact price it will end up costing, and identify other upcoming maintenance issues (with no pressure to get things done immediately.) They work efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.”

Whenever we've had trouble with the furnace or hot water, they've been able to diagnose the problem and correct the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Big thanks to Pat and his team who particularly helped me out in two different scenarios. We were struggling to fix the hot water pressure in the latest one, and the plumber that we called said to call our "oil guy". Despite our unique set up and the fact that we had an unusual problem with the furnace, Pat and his team were able to identify the problem and fix it in a few hours. Their professionalism and commitment to fixing our problem was admirable and very much appreciated. Thanks again, Pat and Doreen, for helping us in our latest jam in a speedy and efficient manner!”

After 10 years of taking my car to the dealership, I was told it was ready for the junk yard. The team at Fallon's Auto Service went through the vehicle and fixed everything for a very reasonable cost, using all OEM parts. The car has run like new ever since. That was a year ago. “Like everyone else's family, we live at an insane pace, shuttling kids all over planet Earth to events, sports, etc. we tend to postpone necessary car maintenance until it reaches crisis level. Our minivan was on the brink of disaster last Monday morning . My steering wheel was shaking so badly, I knew that I could not wait another minute to get repaired. Who do we all call to reverse the damage that our negligence causes? You know it: get JJ Gianakakis at John's Auto in Ipswich, Massachusetts on the phone! I knew my request was nearly impossible, but I told JJ my problem. He directed me to drop my van off immediately at his shop. Within an hour, JJ diagnosed a significant issue that could've been fatal. I needed new tires... like, three months ago! I figured that JJ would have my van in his shop for a couple of days, if not longer... but my pain was self-inflicted, so I would suffer the inconvenience of going without a vehicle to get my problems fixed by JJ. He moved mountains to get the four new tires. He also expertly repaired a heater problem I have been battling for more than a year. And to help me get my life in order, JJ quickly hooked me up with a long-overdue oil change. Within the span of 12 hours, JJ's wizardry got my car repaired and back on the road to hockey practice at 6:30 PM. How many business owners anticipate your needs? Only negative thing I must say, is they have the worst ATM I have used in the past 5 years. It's a coin flip whether or not it will work or not. Sometimes have to retry once or twice to get cash.
