AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish there is ZERO star or negative scores cuz that’s what they deserve! People who work here always had bad attitude and even yelled at some customers. So disappointed and wouldn’t recommend people coming here do any business at all.

My mom used to go there a lot, today the two workers were being racist at my mom doing disrespectful comments about that she always comes there and she not supposed to be there… they’re were talking laud to each other. My mom didn’t talk or do anything cuz she don’t want to start a problem but they thought she didn’t understand, she have an accent and she don’t know a lot of words in English but that doesn’t mean she didn’t understand what these people said about her. I’ve seen some reviews and I’ve investigated, people said they do bad comments often of their costumers. USPS please look what kind of people you interview before hired them. Racism and discrimination shouldn’t be normalized and allowed in a place like that.

My mom and I always come here because it's supposedly the closest USPS to our house and there's a lady who works here who's always very nice to us. But today it was just my mom delivering some packages like she usually does and a guy who works there was being very reluctant and making derogatory comments toward my mom out loud saying that she shouldn't come here and should go to another post office and the worst thing is he wasn't even assisting her. Maybe he thought my mom didn't speak English but obviously my mom knows English and understood everything and she felt bad because She was always kind from the start and she knows that if she answered him there was going to be a big problem so she had to stay quiet. That was very rude and shows a great lack of empathy. My mother is just doing her job and she pays for this service, and it's not fair that this guy takes advantage of customers by making those kinds of comments out loud.

the clerks take advantage of the post office as a communal necessity- if this were a restaurant or retail store the place would go out of business due to their rude service alone. i went to mail a package and went to this location specifically because it would be less busy than the roxbury usps.
i had packaged my items in the wrong type of box and the clerk was annoyed at me immediately. she was impatient with me when i was repackaging the boxes. after, the QR code “wouldn’t scan” so she held it really far back, like dramatically far back, to the point the light blinded me. avoid the white irish lady if you can. i don’t know why they work there since they seem so miserable

I was there at 14:10pm but no one was there?!? The door still opened... they let it unattendent for 10 minutes and finally someone went out. He was very mean and impatient. If you don't like your job, don't do it

If I could give it zero star or -10 stars, I would. This site has the worst customer service ever. The crazy thing is that the one person with a really bad attitude was training a new employee. Never again
