“Hands down the best Dollar General location I’ve ever been to! This store is spotless! The aisles were clear, not a box in sight like other locations I’ve been to! The staff is really friendly too!”

“We went to the combination Family Dollar/ Dollar tree store in Westfield Massachusetts. It was a really good experience. It was the first time I had been in that type of store and I enjoyed it immensely. Lots of good deals and very well stocked. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The store was clean and bright.”

“I moved to Westfield about 6 months ago and stop into Dollar General every few days for staple goods like water, razors, bandaid, etc. I have needed help finding items and since I'm old fashioned; I try to learn people's names at places I frequent out of respect. Last night I stopped in for some water and a protien milk. When I came up to the register, Alex greeted me and asked how things were going. It may be small talk, but it's people like him that make a big chain store into a warm hometown experience through interpersonal connection. Thank you Alex for always going above and beyond to help and say a kind word. And I included the receipt because I'm real and not some chat bot.”
