“Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!”

“Received service through AAA. AAA sent a battery truck when I requested a tow. The first driver, Tim, was excellent, polite, professional and took care of ordering the tow truck for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip. The tow truck driver, Matthew G., was excellent as well. Very polite and professional. It was a rediculously hot day and he declined my offer to buy him some Gatorade. This was a great interaction on an otherwise miserable day. Highly recommend!”

“I just wanted to leave a review. My father in law buys cars here often. And has never has issues with the cars that he purchased. I was able to purchase a 2008 saturn outlook xr. After going several days to look at they're inventory. The first 2 days I didn't really see anything to my liking. A few of what they had needed some work exterior wise not sure about mechanics. But I left and returned a 3rd time. And there was the saturn as if God placed it there for me. It was a Thursday. I spoke to one of the guys there and we can to an agreement on price. But told him I would have the money tomorrow. My wife told me to leave a deposit. So at that point I spoke with eldi and he was very polite I know he's busy moving cars back n forth. But he agreed to take my deposit. I showed up the next day car was waiting for me. We did some paperwork and had small talk and again was polite. The title didn't arrive yet but I was able to drive it home. A few days later title came in and we finish the transaction. Eldi thank you for your kindness and help with my new car.”
“I purchased my Honda pilot here about a year and a half ago and other than normal wear and tear of buying a used vehicle things have been great! Maria and Julio were very helpful in getting me financed for the vehicle!! They are not just about getting the money in their pockets, they truly help out their customers!! I did not have the greatest of credit and they still got me approved with a super low down payment! I also recently brought my son's girlfriend here to purchase her very first vehicle they were great on the price helped her out from start to finish even lowered the price so that she could get approved for her vehicle and she is extremely happy with it as well! They tell you to go have the vehicle looked at through your own mechanic to check everything out, and if there is a problem, they set up an appointment with their mechanics and fix it for free!!! So obviously some of these reviews didn't do that, and are expecting a brand new vehicle from a used dealership lot ?♀️ That's the whole reason for getting an inspection done!”
