Which I need to say that was great communicating with him. He was very polite and kind. After I left the car there for few days he than called me saying that the car was fixed. “Ed, the owner was such a great person to deal with. After I told him about my previous experience with another dealership he assured me, Mill Street Motors was not like “other” dealerships. Boy, was he right! This is the nicest used truck (only 6 years old) I’ve ever bought! “The Best Mechanics in Worcester. My cars Radiator blew. The seams gave out. I limped into Zam Zam. 30 minutes they completely replaced the Radiator. Did an excellent job at a good price. Car runs great.”
“Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!”

“I was looking for an safe, dependable inexpensive car after mine had been totaled. I came across one that Larry at Aable had available. I had already looked at several others before seeing the one they had. It was by far the best deal I had seen at the price I could afford. I was going to be registering in out of state and Larry told me if there was any issues to call him and he would help out over the phone. I bought a Honda Pilot from them and although not everything went perfectly smoothly, David was available to help through everything.
