“I had a really great experience with this dealership while buying my first car through a dealership. I’ll be honest — I probably wasn’t the easiest customer since this was my first time going through the whole process. Despite that, everyone was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful the entire time.
On top of that, I had these weird, screwes on my license plates that apparently required a special tool… which no one (including me) had. What should’ve been a quick task turned into a whole thing, and I was honestly so embarrassed. But instead of making it awkward, they handled it with humor, patience, and kindness, and made me feel completely at ease.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and genuinely wanted to help me. As a first-time buyer, that meant a lot. I walked out after signing the papers with the keys to my (new to me) Tahoe thinking “Wow, that was awesome!”. How often does that happen?
I guess what impressed me most is that Chris Goodnow is the owner / proprietor and he is there every day working and accessible. He follows the principle of doing well by doing good.
After I bought my vehicle and signed the papers, there were a couple loose ends that needed to be addressed and he remembered and took care of them. His staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

They completed suspension repairs, a brake job, headlight restoration, and detailing, and the quality of work was outstanding across the board. The car drives noticeably better, the headlights look like new, and the detailing made it look amazing inside and out. “I don't get all the hate. I bought an f150 off Manny. It had an issue after a few weeks of owning it. He honored the warranty with ease and literally brought the truck to a local Ford dealer and had everything fixed. He was also so flexible on the price. I have been buying used pickups most of my life my last experience (before Manny) was horrendous. I hope Manny continues to be in business for a long time and brings pickup trucks in. “I had an excellent experience at Linders and can't recommend them enough!
After Firestone told me I needed to replace all four of my tires for approximately $1,400, when I had a slow leak in one of my tires, I decided to get a second opinion from Linders, where I purchased my vehicle and have always had positive experiences.
They got me in the very next morning and had my car diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. The issue turned out to be nothing more than a small screw in the center of my tire, which they were able to patch quickly and safely.
When I mentioned that another shop had recommended replacing all four tires, the employee thought that sounded unusual. He took the time to inspect all of my tires and showed me that they still have about half of their tread life remaining—roughly another 25,000 miles. He explained that I absolutely did not need new tires and that a simple patch was the correct repair.
I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism of everyone at Linders. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they took the time to explain everything and fixed the actual problem. It's refreshing to find a business that values integrity and treats its customers fairly.
If you're looking for a trustworthy service department that puts honesty before sales, I highly recommend Linders. They've earned a customer for life!”
