I went to Verizon Sagamore MA location to get free upgrade to IPhone 16e. It was the easiest drama experience thanks to Ian Catten. I had attempted to do this earlier at Naples FL Pineridge rd location but didn’t as agent made several attempts to up sell, I left without buying. Thank you again Ian
