Highland Ave Auto Body is how customer service used to be, which unfortunately is getting harder and harder to come by these days. I would much rather support this small, family owned business than go to the dealership where I’m going to get all these additional charges and someone trying to sell me services I don’t need. My car was only a couple of years old and I feel like the dealerships encourage you to use them but at the end of the day, there’s really no need and it’s just a waste of money - as someone who has done both at different periods in my life, I can honestly say I can’t see any difference in the professional quality of the work from Highland Ave Auto Body versus the dealership. The quality of the people is noticeably different though! It’s reassuring to me as a female to know that I’m going to people who are honest, decent and down to earth and will not only do the right thing by me but will try to save me money in the process! They do phenomenal work and I was so pleased by the results. I’ve been to them a couple of times and they really do take all the work away from you when it comes to dealing with the insurance company as well. They work with a rental company too who will pick you up / drop you off at their shop, so everything is super easy. Now that I’ve found this place I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll be sure to share with friends and family! Give them a try - you won’t regret it!”
