“They were excellent. I had never had an accident requiring repair and did not know where to start. I made an estimate appointment with them and they helped me navigate the procedure. Once they were in communication with the insurance company, I was taken out of the equation (a good thing) and only updated with how things were going. When all the repairs were done, it looked like new. Hopefully, I will not have to go through this again but if so there is no other place I would choose.”

I used Maaco three years ago but vowed not to return, as there are many affordable, excellent short-term auto shops and painters around Church Street. The team leaders and associates were so bad that they never took responsibility for their wrongdoing. They don't even know how to talk to their customers to de-escalate minor issues.
