“I was given a timely and accurate estimate. Staff was kind and the quality of workmanship was fantastic. I worried a bit about paint matching/blending on the repair since my car is one of those weird proprietary brand colors, but Dents Unlimited did an absolutely stellar job! Good as new.”

“Best body and frame shop hands down. Donnie is an outstanding person an very talented in what he does. I brought a race car to him that had been in several hard collisions on the back passenger side and when he was done it drove better than from the factory. If anyone know how race cars can be once they are bent they never drive the same. Takes real talent to know an understand how to set up cars once they are bent in certain areas an Donnie is top notch talent”

“This was our first time to visit Eurobahn to look at and test drive electric vehicles. My wife currently owns a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq5 and is looking at other options. The Lucid Air Touring edition attracted our intrigue. The dealership had 3 on their lot and the pricing of all of their vehicles is very reasonable. Upon our arrival, Chris Gillett met us and was our contact person and he was VERY enjoyable to work with. My wife spotted a 2023 BMW i4 eDrive40 Gran Coupe 4D that she wanted to test drive first. After that, she wanted to try the 2025 Tesla Model Y Long Range Sport Utility 4D. Third was the 2024 Lucid Air Touring Sedan 4D. All of the vehicles were extremely clean with low miles and never smoked in During the whole time, Chris was able to explain the details of the cars and answered all the questions we presented to him. Chris was very patient with us and is NOT a pushy overbearing salesman. If we decide to purchase another electric vehicle in the future, we will definitely choose Eurobahn as our 1st choice and Chis as our salesman. Thank you, Chris!!”

“If you need body work done on your vehicle, Gary McIntosh is the man to do it. Had a few small dents on my hood and front quarter panel and a major dent on my driver's door, and he fixed it and repainted it perfectly. It looks just like it did when I bought it. Even cut me deal on the price. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you Gary for an awesome job.”

“I had some mild body work that needed to be done and was looking for a place. Casablanca was 1 of 3 locations open on Saturday. The place is as expected for a repair location. The also do auto sales. The gentleman came out looked at the damage stated he could fix and offered a reasonable price range. Set appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turn around, clear communication and fair price I received. Hopefully you find the same experience as well. They will be a go to, moving forward.”

“My family has been using Personal Touch since before I was born and I'm OLDDDDD. The only problem you could even consider being a problem there is that they are SO good, they always have work lined up waiting and somehow, they ALWAYS get it done before people lose their minds while STILL performing at the highest imaginable level. That just doesn't exist anymore. You ever picked up a car and got a partial refund because they over quoted you? Huh? AND THEY DID EXTRA WORK SOMEHOW?! Well if/when they do, GIVE IT AS A TIP AND PUT MORE ON TOP. I can tell you with confidence that car enthusiasts since nearly BLACK AND WHITE TVs have only trusted Randy and his guys and soon, people will fly their cars from Mars to Personal Touch because they won't let anyone or anything else touch their cars just like their grandpappy's grandpappy did. And that's real talk. Take that check to the bank. Get in line now and thank me later.”

“I took my car in for repair. I was quoted one price that was already lower than the one I got from another place. And even after that, April found a way to save me even more money. It is not often that you find honesty and great work when trying to get your car repaired! I hope I never have to have any body work done again, but if it were necessary, Gate City would be my one and only call!”

“Knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and give them an A+ rating. I came in to get a second opinion on a quote from a BMW dealership. This guys gave me a quote over the phone. It was about $148.00 cheaper than the Bmw Dealer Greensboro. Well, once I got to this company and left my car, I later discovered that it would actually be $231 cheaper than the dealership because the dealer had given me incorrect information, or tried to get me to buy the part or pay an expensive labor charge. Anyway, I will definitely bring my BMW to get serviced here and I would highly suggest that you do the same. They have a nice waiting area, the staff are courteous, and very welcoming, especially felix.I guarantee you will not be disappointed!”

“They have a variety of different snacks at decent prices and a really nice restaurant inside. Only reason why it's a 4 star is because the food could use just a bit more seasoning, literally just a little bit more and it would be perfect, but the store is close to a 5 star overall.”

“I had my driver side mirror replaced with Terry Labonte Collision and Chloe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and dedication to make sure I was happy with the repair work was top notch! Paige was quick to respond and answer any questions I had regarding the process. She also provided timely updates on delayed parts. And last but not least, Rachael’s customer service was excellent! Every time I called with a question or concern she was very professional and helpful! All three ladies made my experience better considering I had to have my car repaired!”

“Thank you! Dalonte Settle, for advising me on auto repair and painting. I used Maaco three years ago but vowed not to return, as there are many affordable, excellent short-term auto shops and painters around Church Street. The team leaders and associates were so bad that they never took responsibility for their wrongdoing. They don't even know how to talk to their customers to de-escalate minor issues. Sometimes they forget that not everybody is so naive about their line of work, that they can gaslight you and talk you into anything. Thank you for having a better team around this time. Thanks again, young man Dalonte, for your perseverance and patience, and for how you talk to your customers respectfully, explaining things in detail and offering opinions on jobs that will and jobs that will not work for the job presented to you. Keep that work ethic up; it will take you far in any field. Thank you Dalonte and the Macco Auto body repair Team on Church Street, Greensboro.”
