“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”

“Quick, responsive and qualified.. what else do.you say about a service like this? My car is new, surprisingly the glass was in stock same day, technology glass, since my vehicle.os equipped with sensors and cameras for lane assist etc. Glass was installed in 50 minutes, car was returned in better condition considering clean glass and window stickers were all reapplied without a tear. Courteous professional and clean... even caught up on my Dr Phil in the waiting area.. Fyi this location is prime considering there is Floramos restaurant across the street, grab some tips, a beer and play some keno and time will FLY!”

Also, I have to say that the car was back to me super early and as we had discussed, and it was thoroughly cleaned inside and outside as well, without any addition to the price! ““Newer” to Beverly and needed some work done on my Mercedes, i searched for a reputable, honest shop and heard great reviews on Big Jim’s Autobody. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, Jamie (owner) called me shortly after to notify me of what was going on with the car and asked for the go ahead to order part/ perform work on the car. The price he quoted me over the phone for everything was very reasonable and best of all, repair was complete before the end of the day and problems resolved! I would definitely bring my business back to Jamie and his shop at any time i may be in need of body work or mechanical work. “Above and beyond service with same day replacement!! Broke my windshield late at night just 2 days before I had to catch a flight and wouldn’t be back until a week later. I called early in the morning and made it clear that I was on a time crunch and would need it done by the next morning before 5am for my flight. I knew I was asking for almost the impossible as others had already told me they couldn’t do it in time. Rico and his team went above and beyond to help me out by ordering the windshield and saying they would try to come out and replace it IF the windshield got delivered later that day. It also helped that I had a pretty generic make and model car (Toyota Tacoma). They (2 people) came all the way to where I was located in Gloucester and was finished within 30 min! I am forever appreciative especially with the time constraints I had. Tipped them handsomely and had to insist they take it.Sidenote: Said they would call me when they finished and although I was a bit hesitant, I went inside my house. I had a bunch of stuff in the car but nothing seemed to be missing.Overall, seems like a humble and great crew so far. I will maybe update later on the quality and durability of the windshield, if it holds up, etc, after waiting the estimated waiting time to drive.”

“My rear drivers side window was shattered by a rock thrown by a weed whacker at 450pm. I immediately called safelite and asked the agent to let this location know I was on my way (they close at 5pm). I was literally 3 minutes away. I pull in and the receptionist came out to tell me to grab my registration. The service men cleaned up the shattered glass and put plastic up. The receptionist got all my info and scheduled my appointment in 2 days. All was done in 15 minutes! I was so grateful that they didn't turn me away because they should have been closing. I came back for the appointment. They took the car in on time, said it would take 60-90 minutes and they were down in 65 minutes! So friendly and efficient. They had a decent waiting area and the mall is close by as an option to spend some time while waiting. The insurance covered the cost and I walked out with a smile on my face! Thank you!”
