“Don Dalton was our salesperson and probably had the easiest sale ever when he bumped into us. We had already purchased a couch here eight years ago and it was a great experience. So, we tried the other guy off of 128 to get a better price and after three years we saw it was starting to degrade. The quality difference is now so obvious we had to scurry back to Lay-Z-Boy. Don was awesome and the price was great. I’m sure delivery will go as smoothly as the last purchase from this store.

“We have not received our order yet as we only placed it last week, this review is specifically for this location and their employees.
Our family came in to this store maybe 30min before closing and were greeted by Yencel. Prior to arrival we had gone online and thought we knew what we wanted. Turns out making the trip to the store and being assisted by Yencel changed some of the decisions we made, things that just couldn't been known without Yencel's assistance and seeing the couch options in person. The couches speak for themselves. However the most invaluable part of the experience was Yencel. His knowledge, patience and caring about the us (the customer) really made the instore experience well worth the trip! I asked if he would be making commission on our purchase, because I wanted to be sure he was taken care of, but it turns out this is not Lovesac's instore business model. Employees are not incentivized by commissions. I personally think that this leads to a better instore experience. Instead of having an employee push unnecessary things on you to bump up the purchase total, they want to get you into the right product for you.
Yencel is a great asset to this location. If you go to the store and he is working, rest assured you are in good hands! If Lovesac Corporate sees this review understand that you have a great employee with Yencel. We felt that he truly cared about us and he wanted us to make the best decision for our family. He is a great person and employee and should be recognized for this!!”

I cannot say enough good things about Bedrooms! I had a very unique and sensitive situation. I needed an electronic bed frame that could lift high enough in the air to allow safe and effective transfers for my daughter, who has cerebral palsy and is 100% dependent on care.
When I first called, the staff didn’t have an immediate answer.
Instead of guessing or brushing me off, they put in a call to the manufacturer to ensure the bed would be both safe and functional for our needs. That level of care and caution meant the world to me.
When the team came out to install the new mattress and frame, it turned out the setup wasn't as sturdy as we had hoped. I called back, expecting the usual runaround—but instead, I was met with compassion and problem-solving. They assured me they would make it right and insisted they wanted my daughter to be comfortable and safe. One of the staff said something I’ll never forget: “You’re more than just a number to us.”
From there, they went above and beyond. They tested different configurations in the showroom until they found a solution that maintained the frame's integrity while still lifting the bed high enough to meet our transfer needs. Their dedication, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile meant everything to us.
Thanks to Bedrooms, my daughter now has a setup that works for her and for her caregivers. They didn’t just sell us a bed, they solved a real problem with care and heart. They have earned a customer for life.”

“I bought a custom slip cover for a sleep sofa from Calico. Lisa, the sales clerk, was very knowledgeable and helpful, even picking up swatches from house to save me a trip. The fabric is lovely and the slip cover is very well designed. It’s better than the prior one I had made through Zimman’s, as this one has a zippered closure under the cushions. This prevents things dropping through to the bed below. Very happy with the product. An excellent value.”

The price was recognizably lower than some other brands which I appreciated. I almost bought a white blanket from Lola Blankets for about 6x the price but I came to my senses. Thankful for AllModern.

“I went to target around the time they were going to close and met a very nice older man at the checking out counter. He is from Ireland and was the nicest person i’ve ever met at a store. Holding my bag open for me and putting everything neatly in it. I lost my phone and he told me not to worry and take as long as i needed to go find it and that everything will be waiting there. I had a lovely conversation with him and it honestly made my day. I wish I got his name but he is a lovely soul. made me feel very welcomed.”
