“Amazing little shop full of quality and unique goods. One stop shop for Christmas and birthdays for many in my family. Such a joy stopping in. Every time I come in I see something new that brightens my day”
“My daughter and i visit MA every Sept/Oct and found the original store/tattoo parlor about 4 years ago. We were blown away by the decor, unique pieces for sale along with the original artwork/prints created by the brothers. I usually pick up one or two pieces when i find one that speaks to me, plus the staff are super friendly. We were very excited to see an additional store open up across from the Witch House and now make sure to stop at both locations when visiting. Highly recommend both locations and when i talk to folks about visiting Salem, i tell them this is a must do.”
“The workers are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend going on the ghostly night tours especially with Vin the fedora slayer. The shop and tour are very family friendly and fun.”
“Wonderful shop in Salem historic district away from the bustle of downtown. Don't overlook this treasure! Loved the handcrafted gifts, not mass-produced. Was there in October and found a lovely witch doll for my mother (and me, eventually). Shop owner was very honest regarding shipping costs and assuring /demonstrating to me the doll would be small enough for my airline carry-on, saving me $$ on shipping. Would love to return and see what is there when it is not October.”
“Such a great idea and execution. We stopped here on a rainy day with our 4yo and 6yo daughters and decided to make some magic potions. I think it’s a little expensive but our kids loved making their potions.”
“Love this shop. Come here every year. Got so many cute things over the years. From Halloween to Christmas, tee shirts and more. A must see shop one of my favorites.”
“This store is attached in the back to two other stores, so you can go to oak+moss, spruce home and roost if you are in a wheelchair. Very nice employees helped me go through the back hallway so I could appreciate all of what each store had. Everything was so nice and we definitely bought our share of items. I would highly recommend if you are in a wheelchair and need extra help.”

“If you come to Salem . I can not say enough great things about Steph shop. Great merchandise, excellent customer service . It wouldn’t be a trip to Salem for me if I didn’t buy something from a wonderful shop like Salem Bespoke Boutique she has great prices and awesome products. So make it a point to see this shop you won’t regret it!”

“My favorite shop in Salem. Owners were so sweet and the selection of goods could not be beaten. I loved that it wasn't the typical touristy stuff you find in every other shop. There was still a good amount of Salem-centric souvenirs, but also an extremely thoughtfully curated array of goods. Definitely a must when visiting Salem.”

“Honestly one of the best gift shops in all of Salem. Excellent selection of high quality items, mostly maritime themed but they did have some really spooky stuff too. The staff was very kind. Highly recommend”
“Native American art? Asian art? Visual Photography and Videography? Fashion from the olden days? This place is absolutely awesome! Perfect for kids, art lovers, or people just wanting to learn about different cultures, this place is great for everyone! Discounts for students, and a cafe right inside. This place is so cool and I cant wait to go again!”
“They have been there since I was an older teenager, I am now 54. I love their gifts, and their customer service. Just remember, if using a credit card, you must spend 10 dollars. I had all kinds of knick knacks from them. I was excited to get some new chopsticks!!”

“If you only have time for a few shops on Essex Street, make sure The Magic Parlor is one of them! This place is the ultimate combination of an old school magic and joke shop and a legitimate occult boutique. The front of the store is packed with high quality costumes, custom masks, retro pranks, and stage magic tricks. But if you walk all the way to the back room, it opens up into an incredible space filled with reasonably priced spell kits, loose herbs, essential oils, and gorgeous tarot decks. The staff here are phenomenal, unlike some of the snootier shops in town, the folks here are down to earth, hilarious, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell. We walked out with a custom spell kit and some nostalgia items, and we had a blast the entire time. A mandatory Salem stop!”

“I just loved this place! This is the store that I probably spent the most time because I couldn’t make decisions on what I wanted to buy and unfortunately could not afford everything. They had souvenirs for all. Cutest shirts excellent Halloween decorations and all for really good prices. This would be one of my most recommended stores out of the group that I visited. I just loved it!”
“Gabe, I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent response when I received the wrong product ordered. I received the replacement within 1-2 days. Your customer service is A+. Thank you!”

“This shop is amazing! They have such a great selection of unique items, and I would absolutely love to visit again. During my visit, I purchased a spirit board, one of their figurines, and three stones. It was the last figurine they had of her, and they were kind enough to sell me the display piece, which I truly appreciated and love.
Unfortunately, when I got home and started unpacking, I realized that the three stones I had purchased were missing from my bag. I live out of state, so I didn't notice until I was already back home. I attempted to call the store to see if anything may have been left behind or set aside, knowing it was a long shot, but the call would not go through and I received a message that it could not be completed.
I'm especially disappointed because the stones were intended as gifts for a couple of friends, with one for myself. Despite this issue, I had a wonderful experience overall and was very impressed by the store, its selection, and the kindness of the staff. I would definitely visit again and hope I can connect with someone regarding the missing items.”

“Great place for fantasy gifts and trinkets. Love this store! Decent prices and good quality products. The staff are wonderful, both friendly and helpful. I do love that they have you inspect your purchase before they box it up for you.”
“100+ reviews and a perfect 5.0 rating? That's crazy. But if any store can do it, I'm not surprised it's Diehl Marcus.
The decor is the first thing you notice, and it's absolutely flawless. Wood molding, dark paints, curio cases with antique and odd objects. It perfectly sets the tone for the shop.
The shop specializes in teas and candles, mostly. The tea varieties are wide and delicious. They even have tea bricks, the type which were historically used for transportation of tea. The candles smell so good, are utterly distinctive, and are absolutely loaded with fragrance. They transform a room.
Even though those are the main products, though... It doesn't really feel like that. Yes, they have accessories, tea infusers, soaps that smell like the candles, shaving supplies... But even that doesn't to D&M justice. It's like every little corner and nook you look in has something fascinating. Maybe it's for sale, maybe it's not. But it makes you want to look and discuss with the staff who are all incredible.
D&M is a shop that does what it set out to do absolutely perfectly.”
